We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to provide essential support and care for an individual in their own home. Duties

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support client with mobility and physical activities. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. Assist with housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. Engage client in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Offer companionship and emotional support to the client, fostering a trusting relationship. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.

Experience

Candidates should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:

Assisted living and senior care environments. Patient care within nursing homes or similar settings. Alzheimer's care, dementia care, or hospice care experience is highly desirable. Previous home care or caregiving experience is advantageous. Familiarity with first aid practices and basic health monitoring techniques. A valid driving licence and vehicle preferred for running errands as needed. Experience can be beneficial for the position.
