We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Associate (REMOTE) to join our team! This is full-time, permanent remote role. You can work from the comfort of your home office anywhere in Canada!

The Service Desk Team is part of an organization dedicated at providing superior customer service. The team's overall responsibility is to provide first call resolution for all technology issues including desktops, some basic TCP/IP troubleshooting, desktop applications (MS Office 365, Adobe products, Oracle, etc.).

Members of this team will service a dynamic client base and environment, and their technical skillset will be maintained through continual training and skill development. Strong communication skills required!

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven Helpdesk/Desktop Resolution Support.
  • 2-3 years of proven Desktop remote administration.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience supporting PC's, laptops and printers.
  • 1 year of working knowledge of Apple products (iPhone and iPad).
  • 2-3 years of knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10).
  • 1 year of working knowledge of MS Office 365.
  • 1-2 years of basic networking skills with TCP/IP.
  • 1-2 years of Active Directory knowledge (ability to check user accounts, reset passwords).
  • 1-2 years of Problem solving experience, the resource should be able to look into the root cause and resolve the same.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service level agreements.
  • Receiving, logging and managing calls via telephone using an Service Now.
  • Work in rotating shifts

The qualifying candidate will need to embrace change in a dynamic IT environment, have strong prioritization skills, daily workload with minimal supervision and they must be a team player with a can-do attitude!
