The Role:



As part of our Management Information Systems team, the Helpdesk Analyst position is a hands-on role that provides opportunities to support a broad range of tasks such as:

Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or in person. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, and other IT equipment. Support users with software applications, system access, and network connectivity. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary. Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions in the helpdesk system. Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks. Contribute to documentation of procedures, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Monitor and verify system backup completion, escalating failures when necessary. Support IT projects and rollouts as required.

What you need:



Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of networking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
