Who We're Looking For:

A hands-on, experienced

equipment operator

who's dependable, works well with others, and isn't afraid to pitch in with manual labor when needed.

Fine grading with skid steers is an asset

, and

a strong understanding of mechanics is a valuable bonus

.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment Perform fine grading and general earthworks Handle snow removal duties during the winter season Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment Help with general labor tasks when required Keep equipment clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition Work safely and efficiently as part of a small, trusted team

Qualifications:

Experience operating heavy equipment Mechanical knowledge (preventative maintenance, minor repairs) Fine grading skills with skid steers preferred A strong understanding of mechanics is a valuable asset Valid driver's license (Class 3 or higher is an asset) Reliable, self-motivated, and physically able to work outdoors year-round
