A primary responsibility will also be to provide administrative support to the Safety department in a variety of different ways. A desire and ability to stay organized and to evolve with changing circumstances is key.Position Key Requirements:

• HSA (Health & Safety Administrator) Designation
• Background in construction traffic plans
• Experience in using Rapid Plan design software
• Knowledge of tender documents in order to glean information required by ECO and TAS plans
• Excellent communication skills to be used in contacting parties involved in specific projects for plan information

Other Useful Requirements:

• Experience with MS Office products and common workplace technologies
• Knowledge of OH&S legislation and standards (AB)
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication skills

Position Overview and Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicating key information to concerned parties when required
• Organizing and tracking relevant data
• Completing ECO Plans
• Completing TAS Plans
• Providing Administrative Support to NCSOs (National Construction Safety Officers) and Management throughout the company
