We're looking for a motivated individual with strong computer skills, exceptional organization and communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Answering phones and greeting clients
Booking appointments and managing schedules
Data entry and general administrative tasks
Front desk support
Processing payments.
Drug and Alcohol screening (full training will be provided).
Audiometric screening (full training will be provided).
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, students, and team members.
Computer knowledge, including outlook, Gmail, Microsoft office and Adobe.
Friendly, professional, and organized.
Quick learning is essential to guarantee the highest level of service.
Proficient in computers and problem-solving techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Must adhere to a zero drug and alcohol policy.
Pre-Employment
