Our Client, is an exciting start-up and are revolutionizing the way Financial Service companies are able to automate even the hardest documents into data. They offer a cloud based solution which rapidly learns to extract any data from any type of document in any language - included unstructured documents with unlimited variations. They help maintain 100% data quality, making it easy to automate operational processes with demonstrated regulatory compliance, which will be up and running in days.

Working with financial institutions, insurance companies, commercial real estate and professional services - they are helping the boost productivity, reduce risk, and improve turnaround times to increase revenue. They help decrease the labour costs by 80% and provide a better customer experience.

They are now looking for an incredible leader to come and grow the existing sales team. This player coach leader will have the opportunity to build out a new outbound sales function which can keep up with 2-3X annual revenue growth for a strong enterprise product with high five-figure ACV's. They want someone who enjoys challenging existing processes and building culture from scratch while also being a strong player-coach in the beginning. You will be responsible for hiring and developing a team of AE's and BDR's to target prospects in specific verticals.

About the role:

  • Reporting to the CEO
  • Building on and building new outbound sales processes, operations and tool
  • Recruiting, Coaching, and Managing a team of BDR's and hybrid AE/AM's in full sales cycle to expansion sales
  • Directing marketing plans to support sales goals
  • Contributing as a member of the senior leadership of the company on the overall growth trajectory - providing strategic and tactical input on marketing, product and customer success plans
  • Forecasting sales and hiring plans
  • Generating $1-$1-5M in new ARR in the first 12 months
About you:
  • 8+ years of SaaS based business sales experience
  • 1-3+ years in leadership
  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to constantly iterate, improve and take risks to achieve objectives
  • Team building, management, and coaching experience
  • Experience selling into the business side of financial services
  • Strategic hunter
  • Success navigating large and complex organizations from approach to close
  • Ability to travel within North America 60% of the time
Bonus if:
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling AI/ML, technology, or related managed solutions to enterprises including banks, insurance, and professional services firms
  • Have existing relationships with management and C suite in financial services
  • Experience working with technology consulting and systems integration partners that serve financial services
  • Knowledge of document processing, workflow and RPA technologies in the market
