*** What You\'ll Do Stay22 is looking for a Head of Sales (HOS) that can lead, manage, recruit & coach our team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) Ultimately, as a Head of Sales at Stay22, you are responsible for the acquisition of new business via outbound sales.
You will primarily be focused on ensuring Stay22 achieves its new business acquisition targets, across its various products & markets via managing a team of BDMs.
We are looking for a Director-level Sales executive to shape our sales organization and scale outbound sales efforts to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building/managing a team of BDMs and SDR\'s across our products & markets. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing the next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
Reporting directly to the CRO, you will be tasked to turn his outbound new business vision into a quantifiable strategy and actionable tactics for the BDMs
Accountability :
New business acquisition at Stay22
Clear reporting of the above in CRM
BDM Team performance
BDM Goal setting & tracking
Day to Day support of BDMs
Effective Pipeline Reviews
Skills & Experience Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of successful sales management
Tech or Travel industry experience is a plus
Experience with MEDDIC & Mutual Action Plan frameworks
Ability to coach & motivate salespeople
Ability to hold salespeople accountable
