Our business-oriented services are a newly introduced sector at SmallScreen, that we aim to grow as large as our representation services, with the ultimate goal of working together with large brands around the world in all aspects of their digital marketing. What We\'re Looking For: We\'re seeking a dynamic and driven individual to lead in the sales and development of our business-facing digital marketing services at SmallScreen. As our Digital Marketing Sales Director, you\'ll join a team of driven individuals, working to propel this part of our business forward. a fast-paced and growing industry. We\'re passionate about delivering innovative solutions to our clients, and we\'re looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.   • Lead in developing and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve the agency\'s business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Articulate the agency\'s value proposition and the benefits of its services to potential clients.
  • Track the sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Navigate changing market conditions and evolving client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the social media marketing industry.
  • Lead the development of this category of our business to offer new services, and strengthen existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the social media marketing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and how they work.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate the agency\'s value proposition and the benefits of its services to potential clients.
  • Good analytical skills to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • A results-oriented mindset to drive revenue growth and meet the agency\'s business objectives.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing market conditions and evolving client needs.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Benefits:
