Our rapidly growing Growth team is looking for a Head of Marketing to join their high-performing department. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through designing and implementing comprehensive go-to-market plans and high-impact marketing campaigns. This is a highly collaborative role that requires excellent interpersonal skills, and the unique ability and creativity to translate raw information into tangible value.
What You Will Be Doing


  • Deeply understand the dynamics of the Risk Management market and related industries by analyzing market, competitor, technology and other trends that inform a content marketing program that positions and differentiates GeoComply, raises awareness and increases market share.
  • Define Go-To-Market strategy for industry verticals, leading strategic launch planning for a range of products and services.
  • Clearly articulate market/opportunity sizing, target audience, competitive landscape, critical challenges, GTM strategies, product value proposition, and key messaging.
  • Translate product strategy, roadmap, releases, and features and functions into value propositions, and ensure the value proposition and messaging of core technology highlights industry-specific opportunities.
  • Develop a strategic content plan and roadmap, define what content is required to target various personas at each stage of the funnel, and work with the Demand Gen team to ensure those pieces are optimized to drive leads into the pipeline.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales enablement toolkit, including competitive positioning materials, white papers, case studies, presentations, web content and webinars, to empower Business Development and Sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
  • Define the competitive landscape and track key competitors to analyze and evaluate solution positioning and messaging on a regular basis. Identify market opportunities and make recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Review and approve all marketing campaigns, communications, creative, etc. prior to publishing/launching.
  • Manage the marketing budget, and track, monitor and approve all marketing expenses relative to budget allowance.
  • Measure effectiveness of Marketing programs and identify opportunities and actions to iterate and improve campaign performance and impact while showcasing the value of marketing programs to GeoComply’s executive team through powerful analytics and storytelling.
  • Act as subject matter expert and key presenter on current and emerging Risk Management topics.

About You
  • 8+ years of experience leading, designing and implementing marketing programs.
  • University degree in Liberal Arts, Communications, Marketing or other related field.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing go-to-market strategy for highly technical products and across various business verticals.
  • Eager, clever, ambitious and deeply curious about the newest ideas, trends and industry developments.
  • Track record of supporting innovative and impactful business decisions and partnerships.
  • Strong business acumen. Sound and independent judgment and reasoning. Thinks and acts strategically; grasps complex ideas and issues.
  • Diplomatic and able to engage, communicate and influence a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written. Active listener who is adept at understanding competing agendas, building consensus and rapidly moving issues forward in a constructive manner.
  • Highly adaptable and agile; energizes and alerts others to the need for changes while taking responsibility to design or adapt to new ways of doing things within a dynamic environment.
  • Passion, hunger, drive, and the ability to regularly handle a high volume of work along with tight deadlines.

  • Have experience working in high growth tech companies.
  • Have experience in regulated industries, including gaming and financial services.
