One of our major government clients is looking for a HCM Tester (HR Operations - Testing of the HCM Cloud Application)
Length: 3.5 months with the possibility of extension
Location: Toronto, ON
Pay Rate: $31/hr

HR Services is the initial point of contact for any inquiries from workers and people leaders. We maintain and update employee life cycle data in the HRIS system.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Under the direction of the Manager, HR Operations, the incumbent will support the testing of the HCM Cloud Application around Benefits & other modules.
• The incumbent will assist in establishing comprehensive testing & auditing strategies, complex issue resolution and proposing technical solutions.
• Responsible for adherence to technical governance and IT systems management of all enterprise Benefits and HR transactional technologies.
• The incumbent provides expert troubleshooting and support in resolving escalated production problems, based on knowledge of system functionality and process. They ensure effective integration of the benefits interface with the vendor\'s system
• The position must establish close working relationships with all stakeholders & subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical leads to collaboratively drive decisions and effectively manage project and SLA relationships between vendors and I&IT at the sub-project or project levels.
• This position will conduct intensive scenario testing & assist with the implementation.
