Tasks

Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Prepare production and other reports Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

Supervision

5-10 people Industrial butchers and meat cutters, poultry preparers and related workers Labourers in food, beverage and tobacco processing Process control and machine operators, food and beverage processing

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses

Safe quality foods (SQF) Certificate Hazard Analysis and Criticial Control Points (HACCP) Certification
