Niagara\'s Finest Hotels is currently seeking a Full Time Guest Service Supervisor to join our growing team! Situated in the heart of Niagara, this is an excellent opportunity for those with a passion for guest service and luxury! What you\'ll be doing:
  • Assist the Front Office Manager with comment card recovery, and scheduling.
  • Manage all Guest Room blocks to include both weddings and corporate groups, staying in close contact with Conference Service Manager\xe2\x80\x99s and Special Event Manager.
  • Implement and manage a VIP Guest Program recognizing repeat and high profile Guests. This would include managing arrivals 1-2 weeks in advance and organizing personalized and specialized amenities.
  • Ensures that the front office and concierge are fully operational in terms of sufficient staff to service the guests.
  • Performs the human resource function relative to hiring, training, promotions, motivating, and progressive corrective action when required.
  • Ensures that Team Members are aware of, and follow all standards and procedures.
  • Ensures Team Members follow safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitors cost and revenues on a daily basis.
  • Coordinates Guest\xe2\x80\x99s requirements while staying at the hotel including arranging tours, transportation, and other activities the Guests may require.
  • Maintains a constant awareness of community events.
  • Liaisons with the community and develops new contacts whenever required.
  • Acquires and keeps up-to-date information about Niagara-on-the-Lake and the greater Niagara Region.
  • Suggesting additional products and services meeting our Guest\xe2\x80\x99s specific preferences.
  • Assessing guest\xe2\x80\x99s individual needs to meet standards for additional products and services.
  • Actively seeking ways to meet Guest\xe2\x80\x99s product or service needs.
  • Provides guests with information and reservations whenever requested.
  • All other duties as assigned.
