Growth Manager

to spearhead our expansion in Regina and surrounding communities. This is not a typical desk job. It is a high-impact Business Development role for a professional who understands that in our business, connection is currency

We don't just provide home care; we elevate the human spirit. We are looking for someone to elevate our brand, expand our referral networks, and ensure that every senior in Regina knows there is a compassionate team ready to help them age in place with dignity.

As our Growth Manager, you will act as the face of Comfort Keepers in the community. You will be the bridge between healthcare providers, families, and our world-class care team.

Your goal is clear:

Drive growth through strategic partnerships and compassionate consultation.

You will open doors with social workers, hospitals, and clinics, and close the loop with families seeking the best care for their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities



1. Community Outreach & Strategic Partnerships (B2B Sales)



Own the Market:

Identify, cultivate, and maintain high-value relationships with key referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, social workers, senior living residences, and discharge planners).

Be Visible:

Represents the brand at health fairs, community networking events, and industry forums to keep Comfort Keepers top-of-mind.

Expand the Network:

Identify and lock in new strategic alliances that align with our growth goals.

2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition (B2C Sales)



Consultative Sales:

Engage with prospective clients and families, guiding them from the initial inquiry to the start of care with empathy and expertise.

Pipeline Management:

Nurture warm leads, manage the intake process alongside our office team, and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

Conversion:

collaborate with Care Coordination to ensure a seamless, confidence-inspiring transition for new clients.

3. Marketing & Brand Awareness



Market Intelligence:

Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to grow awareness for key programs (Cluster Care, Respite Care, Personal Care, Private Nursing).

Community Presence:

Support local marketing initiatives, social media content strategies, and distribute educational materials to cement our status as industry experts.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting



Data-Driven Growth:

Track referral sources and conversion rates using CRM tools.

Reporting:

Provide the Executive Director with regular insights on lead generation, partnership health, and ROI on outreach activities.

Qualifications



We are looking for a professional with the drive of a salesperson and the empathy of a caregiver.

Experience:

5+ years in business development, community outreach, healthcare sales, or relationship management. (Home care experience is an asset, but a proven track record in sales/growth is what matters most.*)

Super Connector:

You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly with doctors, social workers, and anxious families alike.

Self-Starter:

You can prioritize your day, manage your territory independently, and treat this role like you are running your own business.

Tech Savvy:

Familiarity with CRM systems and referral tracking tools.

The Logistics:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel is a daily requirement).
