The Mission: Architect and Scale Our Marketing Engine
We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and experienced Senior Growth Manager to be the architect of our marketing engine. Your core mission will be to take our successful foundation and build a predictable, scalable, and highly efficient system to drive Hullo to the next level and beyond.
You are not just managing channels; you are owning the entire marketing funnel, leading a talented team of specialists, and acting as the strategic partner to our Chief Revenue Officer. This high-impact, high-visibility role reports directly to the CRO.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Owning the growth strategy & P&L:
Develop and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets for new customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Leading a high-performance squad:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team consisting of a Performance Marketer, Creative Lead and Social Media Manager, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and relentless testing.
Managing the Full-Funnel:
Own the entire customer journey, from initial brand awareness and paid acquisition through to email/lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and customer loyalty.
Budget & Performance Accountability:
Manage the overall marketing budget, allocating resources to the highest-impact activities and owning the key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Marketing-Sourced Revenue, and LTV.
Building a Growth Machine:
Implement and refine a rigorous operating cadence for high-tempo testing and data analysis, turning marketing into a predictable, scalable system.
This Role Is For You If You Have:
A Proven Track Record of Scale:
You have 5-7+ years of marketing experience, with a clear, demonstrated history of playing a key role in scaling a B2C company through a significant growth phase (e.g., from $10M to $30M+, or similar).
Full-Funnel Expertise:
You are not a single-channel specialist. You have deep, hands-on experience across the marketing mix, including paid acquisition (Meta, Google), SEO, lifecycle/email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
Data-Driven Leadership:
You are fluent in data and analytics. You live in dashboards, understand attribution, and use quantitative insights to make strategic decisions and guide your team. Direct experience leveraging a Customer Data Platform (CDP) like Segment to understand the complete customer journey is highly desirable.
Exceptional People Management Skills:
You have direct experience managing and mentoring marketing professionals, and you know how to set clear goals, demand high performance, and develop talent.

Location of Role
Ideally, the successful candidate will be based in Nanaimo, Vancouver Island; however, we are open to discussing a hybrid work arrangement with the right individual based in Vancouver.
