The Role





As Senior Growth Acquisition Manager, you will influence the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media campaigns across multiple channels. You'll play a critical role in acquiring high-quality users/customers, scaling spend efficiently, and improving our ROI through continuous testing, analysis, and optimization. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on Neo's growth trajectory while working in a highly visible, cross-functional role. The position can either be located in Calgary or Toronto. If located in Toronto quarterly travel to the Calgary office would be required.

What you'll be doing:



Influence the end-to-end strategy and execution of paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Develop and manage full-funnel campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion) with clear KPIs and performance targets. Driving conversion rate optimization across the customer funnel through detailed analysis, segmentation, and iterative experimentation strategies. Building and executing A/B testing and segmentation frameworks to uncover and act on opportunities for improving funnel performance. Analyzing data to identify bottlenecks and tailoring customer experiences for different segments to maximize conversion rates. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address barriers in the customer journey and align strategies around key customer segments. Reporting on KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, and segmented performance, and providing leadership with actionable recommendations to drive growth,

Who we are looking for:



Proven expertise in running and optimizing paid media across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other key platforms. A strong analytical mindset with the ability to iterate and segment customer journeys, translating data into actionable strategies for improvement. Demonstrated expertise in optimizing user experiences across the funnel, leveraging data-driven insights to improve conversion rates while balancing long-term growth and short-term results. Autonomous and detail-oriented with a track record of owning complex funnels end-to-end and driving measurable results. Innovative thinker who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, consistently delivering impactful outcomes through experimentation and iteration.
