experienced, creative, and data-driven

to lead that charge.

Your Role



As E-commerce Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for

scaling our online sales through smart strategy and hands-on execution

across all key platforms: Amazon, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and more.

You'll also act as a bridge between product, content, and performance; helping us build high-converting listings, run profitable ads, and

create engaging content that drives results

.

Key Responsibilities



Meta & Google Ads - Campaign Execution



Create, launch, and manage in-house ad campaigns (Meta & Google) Analyze performance (ROAS, CAC, CTR) and optimize accordingly Collaborate with Omni Media initially, but gradually take ownership of media buying Coordinate with content creators and guide ad creative production

Amazon & Shopify Growth



Improve Amazon listings (titles, bullets, images, A+ content, CRO, offers) Track performance with Helium10, keyword tools, and sales reports Implement upsells, bundles, and limited drops on Shopify Monitor key KPIs: conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and customer LTV

Klaviyo Email Marketing



Build flows: Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Cross-Sell, Post-Purchase Send 1-2 email campaigns/week with performance tracking Aim for email to drive 15-20% of monthly revenue

Content Coordination & CRO



Plan, create, and repurpose content for ads, product pages, and social posts Shoot or edit simple, native-style videos (hooks, demos, before/afters, testimonials) Create ad-ready content yourself or with our team (you won't just delegate it) Ensure content is optimized for each platform (Meta, TikTok, Shopify, Amazon, etc.) Work closely with our founder + creative team to test what converts and scale what works

Requirements



2-5 years of hands-on experience with: Shopify Amazon Seller Central Klaviyo Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Google Ads (Search + Shopping) Strong skills in performance tracking, ad creation, and funnel testing Familiarity with Helium10, A/B testing, heatmaps, and CRO principles Fluent in English (French is a plus) Strong copywriting and visual storytelling instincts

Work Setup



Hybrid

: This is a hybrid role based in Quebec; with

a few in-person office days per week

to start, so we can collaborate closely and align faster.

En tant que

Responsable de la Croissance E-commerce

, tu seras en charge de

faire croitre nos ventes en ligne

grace a des strategies intelligentes et une execution pratique sur toutes les plateformes cles : Amazon, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, et plus encore.

Tu feras le pont entre le produit, le contenu, et la performance -- en

creant des fiches produits efficaces, des publicites rentables, et du contenu engageant

qui convertit.

Responsabilites principales



Campagnes Meta & Google Ads



Creer, lancer et gerer des campagnes publicitaires

Meta et Google

en interne Analyser la performance (ROAS, CAC, CTR) et optimiser continuellement Collaborer au debut avec l'agence Omni Media, puis

reprendre la gestion interne

Coordonner la creation de contenu publicitaire et guider les createurs

Croissance sur Amazon & Shopify



Ameliorer les fiches produits Amazon (titres, puces, images, A+ content, offres) Suivre la performance via Helium10 et d'autres outils de mots-cles Mettre en place des bundles, ventes limitees, ou upsells sur Shopify Suivre les KPIs cles : taux de conversion, AOV, ROAS, LTV

Marketing par courriel (Klaviyo)



Creer des automatisations : bienvenue, panier abandonne, post-achat, ventes croisees Envoyer 1 a 2 campagnes par semaine, avec suivi des performances Objectif : faire en sorte que les courriels representent 15-20 % du chiffre d'affaires

Creation de contenu & CRO



Planifier, creer et adapter du contenu pour les pubs, les pages produits et les reseaux sociaux Filmer ou monter des videos simples, de style natif (demos, avant/apres, temoignages, etc.) Produire du contenu pret a l'emploi toi-meme ou avec notre equipe (pas seulement deleguer) Optimiser le contenu selon la plateforme (Meta, TikTok, Shopify, Amazon) Travailler en etroite collaboration avec le fondateur pour tester, ameliorer et scaler ce qui fonctionne
