ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Provide leadership, hiring, coaching and mentoring to the marine system engineering group;
• Supervise and manage activities of the Halifax-class In-Service Support system engineering group;
• Review and analyze technical data;
• Handle group labor estimating for projects, EAC Management, IFS structuring for the projects;
• Create proposals;
• Manage and comply to the systems engineering processes;
• Prepare hardware and systems engineering documentation.
