An excellent opportunity with a quickly growing, dynamic business? The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Service Support Staff for our Innisfail Chrysler location. In the position of Service Support Staff, reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our service department to have a smooth day-to-day operations. You will be accountable for:

  • Greeting customers and offering excellent customer service
  • Picking up or meet customers according to requests, appointments, or schedules.
  • Obtaining and transporting parts orders while planning the most efficient routes based on urgency and geography.
  • Loading and unloading the parts from the delivery vehicle.
  • Lube technician duties at least once per week including but are not limited to:
o Applying lubricants to the moving parts of vehicle engines to prevent premature engine wear and ensure optimal engine performance. o Lubricating wheel bearings to prevent excessive tire wear. o Performing engine cleanings to prevent rust formation. o Replacing cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters as required. o Performing tire rotations to ensure even tire wear. o Testing tire pressure and adding air as needed. o Thoroughly inspecting customers? vehicles for oil leaks.
  • Detailer duties including but are not limited to:
o Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests o Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations o Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles o Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle?s condition
  • Ensuring that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards.
  • Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations
  • Drive, rearrange and move vehicles on lot
  • Other duties as assigned to support the service department
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A valid Driver?s License and clean Diver?s Abstract.
  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the service department within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • DMS experience, specifically PBS is considered an asset.
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
