Qualifications

As part of an A220 aircraft program, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join the In-Service Engineering (ISE) team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Responding to customers\xe2\x80\x99 technical issues and queries, which involve resolving a wide range of long-term in-service issues
  • Work closely with a support team within Customer Response Center (CRC) and Technical Support/Services as well as with Field Service Representatives (FSR)
  • Act as liaison engineering between the CRC and ISE
  • Support other Customer Support Departments with technical queries
  • Maintain a database of long-term issues, regarding the status of operators queries, ensure professional and timely closure of customer request
  • Provide step by step fixing plans on various systems of the A220 aircraft platform
Required Skills

We prefer candidate who have an AME license or equivalent, with a minimum 5 years of shown experience.
  • Experience in Customer Support or airline operations (Maintenance Control/Engineering and/or Fleet Management/Fleet Technical Support) is a strong asset.
  • Experience in Electrical systems
  • You have solid understanding of aircraft systems and apt at using common sense in your daily activities.
  • You are familiar with the A220 product line!
  • You are known to make solidified and accurate decisions exercising good judgment skills.
  • You have the ability to multitask and to be flexible to change tasks with little or no notice
  • You are able to travel internationally on short notice.
  • You have outstanding organizational abilities and process strong computer skills / literacy skills.
  • You are an excellent communicator, with strong people skills!
  • To be fluid both in English and French (spoken and written) is required.
