leading from the ground up

. With every task you take on, you support the safety, flow, and productivity of the entire crew.

What You'll Do

Play a critical role in supporting arborists on tree care, removals, pruning, and clean-up Manage site prep, rigging, debris handling, and chipper operation Ensure job sites remain safe, clean, and efficient Load and unload tools and materials Work outdoors in all weather, maintaining a strong, steady presence that the team depends on

We're Looking for Ground Leaders

Shortlisted candidates must have:

Immediate availability Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs A passion for working outdoors in all conditions A strong sense of teamwork and dedication to safety CSA-approved work boots (over the ankle) and gloves Current First Aid/CPR certification Valid

Class 5 Driver's License

and reliable transportation Clean Driver's Abstract (required upon request) Chipper experience is an asset but not required - we'll train the right person

What You'll Earn

Hourly Wage:

$20.00 - $22.00

Additional Pay:

Overtime opportunities
