Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Manager, Grounds & Moving Services, this job is responsible for grounds maintenance and other related activities

Qualifications:

The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:

Entry level skills in maintenance and repair procedures including preventive maintenance, breakdown repair and trouble-shooting Knowledge of proper use and maintenance of hand and power tools related to job function. Ability to read and interpret documents related to job function Ability to effectively work individually and as part of a team Ability to follow through and carry out assignments Knowledge of FMP policies and procedures Ability to read and write English

Education and Experience:

The above is normally acquired through the completion of:

Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent. Required to have a valid Ontario Class G driver's License or Quebec equivalent The job requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
