Digital Monk Marketing is hiring a Graphic Designer. Currently, part-time, which will transition into a full-time position. Digital Monk Marketing is looking for a self-starter who is articulate, aggressive, experienced and ridiculously organized. Are you looking for that work-life balance? Our ideal candidate has 4-6 years of work experience in graphic design and web design ( development is an asset). This position requires a can-do attitude and is willing to go over and beyond for our clients. We need someone who sees the big picture and wants to grow with us. Job Specifics:

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the latest versions of Adobe CC (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign)
• Experience with Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch software - not a must but a considerable plus
• Understanding UX/UI design concepts
• Experience with digital ads, print creative, website design, and other marketing materials.
• Ability to create a website from ideation to wireframes to pixel-perfect mockups ready to be passed on to the development team
• A keen eye for detail when it comes to proofing supplied the artwork and prepared files for print.

• Excellent time management and strong organizational skills to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Solid work ethic, reliable and able to work independently while tracking your time
• Able to interpret a client\'s needs/requests, and when necessary, provide quotes for the time required to deliver.
• Ability to articulate creative ideas and/or limitations
• Experience working with developers and conducting testing on news and existing websites
• Ability to work independently, effectively solve problems and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Haves:

• Video and editing is an asset
• Photography is an asset
