Job Description

Objective of PositionYou are passionate about brand and storytelling. You can add value by utilizing your graphic design skillset to create digital and print assets that strengthen the Durabuilt brand and user experience. In this role, you will support in the creation of graphic design and web development for B2B/B2C consumers, events/tradeshows, and our internal teams. You will be responsible for assets spanning from print materials, advertisements, websites, signage, tradeshow booths, design concepts, mock-ups, etc. You are looking to work in an environment that supports your growth, has a fast pace, and is highly collaborative.Accountabilities Graphic Design

  • Conceptualize and design print collateral, including brochures, advertisements, posters, presentations, flyers, and event-based collateral.
  • Responsible for the design of tradeshow booths including conceptualization, mock-ups, 3-D renderings, spatial planning, and creation of all supporting assets for shows.
  • Design and mock-up for apparel and promotional items.
  • Creation of print/digital advertising campaigns across various mediums, including social media, google ads, emails, billboards, collateral, signage, and video.
  • The creation of email campaigns and templates.
  • Providing design concepts for in-store displays, signage, and other POS materials.
  • Developing interactive presentations for in-store displays and touchscreen video walls.
  • Design support for all departments at Durabuilt; this can include PowerPoints, logo design, sell sheets, site design/mock-up, etc.
  • Ability to write strong, influential, and powerful copy that aligns with the Durabuilt brand, pillars, and voice/tone (not required, but a definite asset).
  • Other responsibilities may include assisting the marketing department with miscellaneous tasks.
Web Design/Development
  • Web design and development for the Durabuilt website, Salesforce sites, and Intranet.
  • Creation of landing pages, website updates, content management, plug-in updates, portal management, and back-end management.
  • Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
  • Ability to utilize UX/UI design in work.
Education
  • Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
  • Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
Experience/Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a graphic design or web design/development role.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and other visual design tools.
  • Experience using Content Management Systems such as WordPress and Webflow.
  • Proficient in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience using the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Experience using Figma, Sketch, InVision, AdobeXD or similar products.
  • Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
  • Photo/Video editing skills (asset not a requirement).

Working Conditions
  • Intermittent travel may be required to support the marketing department, customers, and business needs.
