Air Canada Vacations is hiring a Graphic Designer / Vacances Air Canada recrute un/une Infographiste
The Graphic Designer will work in close collaboration with the senior designers and will be responsible
for the declination of the concepts graphics, running in concert with branding strategies and art direction, executed as:
Web banners static and animated HTML, printed and digital brochures, video editing, flyers, promotional items, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Adaptation of creative concepts for 360\xc2\xb0 advertising campaigns;
  • Maintain uniform layout and design of all marketing, communications and creative pieces;
  • Ensure that each creative project is not isolated, but rather that it is part of a whole that will form the whole of a creative or advertising campaign;
  • Participate in the production of main campaigns, the design of printed and/or digital brochures, advertisements, etc. ;
  • Liaise with the marketing department in order to obtain all the information necessary for the production of a project;
  • Ability to give an estimate of the time required to complete the work;
  • Proofread and revise projects to produce accurate and high quality final work;
  • Responsible for the quality and accuracy of content, ensuring proper sign-off and final approvals;
  • Monitor emerging technologies and new design trends;
  • Any other related task.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • College or university diploma in graphic design;
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar role; Supporting portfolio;
  • Experience in the travel industry (asset);
  • Knowledge of the Adobe CC suite;
  • Mac environment;
  • Bilingual (French and English), both orally and in writing;
  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity;
  • Demonstrate good judgment and professionalism;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills/analytical sense;
  • Highly developed organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Good problem solving skills;
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
  • Team spirit and ability to provide positive leadership;
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

L\'infographiste travaillera en \xc3\xa9troite collabarotion avec les designers senior et sera responsable de la d\xc3\xa9clinaison des concepts graphiques, allant de concert avec les strat\xc3\xa9gies d\'image de marque et la direction artistique, ex\xc3\xa9cut\xc3\xa9es sous forme de: Banni\xc3\xa8res web statiques et HTML anim\xc3\xa9es, brochures imprim\xc3\xa9es et digitales, montage vid\xc3\xa9os, flyers, articles promotionnels, etc. RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S:
  • D\xc3\xa9clinaison des concepts cr\xc3\xa9atifs pour des campagnes publicitaires 360\xc2\xb0;
  • Conserver l\'uniformit\xc3\xa9 de la mise en page et le design de toutes les pi\xc3\xa8ces de marketing, des communications et de cr\xc3\xa9ation ;
  • S\'assurer que chaque projet de cr\xc3\xa9ation n\'est pas isol\xc3\xa9, mais plut\xc3\xb4t qu\'il fait partie d\'un ensemble qui formera la globalit\xc3\xa9 d\'une campagne cr\xc3\xa9ative ou de publicit\xc3\xa9 ;
  • Participer \xc3\xa0 la production des campagnes principales, au design des brochures imprim\xc3\xa9es et/ou digital, des annonces, etc. ;
  • Assurer la liaison avec le service du marketing afin d\'obtenir tous les renseignements n\xc3\xa9cessaires \xc3\xa0 la production d\'un projet ;
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 de donner une \xc3\xa9valuation du temps requis pour compl\xc3\xa9ter le travail ;
  • Relire et r\xc3\xa9viser les projets afin de produire un travail final pr\xc3\xa9cis et de grande qualit\xc3\xa9 ;
  • Responsable de la qualit\xc3\xa9 et de l\'exactitude du contenu, s\'assurer d\'obtenir la signature appropri\xc3\xa9e et les approbations finales ;
  • Surveiller les technologies \xc3\xa9mergentes et les nouvelles tendances du design ;
  • Toute autre t\xc3\xa2che connexe.
QUALIFICATIONS ET COMP\xc3\x89TENCES REQUISES:
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me coll\xc3\xa9gial ou universitaire en design graphique;
  • Minimum de quatre (4) ann\xc3\xa9es d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un r\xc3\xb4le similaire ; Portfolio \xc3\xa0 l\'appui;
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans l\'industrie du voyage (atout);
  • Ma\xc3\xaetrise de la suite Adobe CC;
  • Environement Mac ;
  • Bilingue (fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais), autant \xc3\xa0 l\'oral et \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit ;
  • Faire preuve d\'initiative et de cr\xc3\xa9ativit\xc3\xa9 ;
  • Faire preuve de jugement et de professionnalisme ;
  • Excellente capacit\xc3\xa9 en communication et relation interpersonelles/sens analytique ;
  • Comp\xc3\xa9tences organisationnelles tr\xc3\xa8s d\xc3\xa9velopp\xc3\xa9es et capacit\xc3\xa9 de travailler sous pression ;
  • Bonnes comp\xc3\xa9tences en r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes ;
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer efficacement plusieurs projets et \xc3\xa0 respecter les d\xc3\xa9lais ;
  • Esprit d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 apporter un leadership positif ;
  • Confortable dans un environnement de travail dynamique et rapide.
