Dig Marketing is a digital marketing agency, specializing in digital and content marketing services in the plant and gardening industry. You\xe2\x80\x99d be working as a graphic designer, collaboratively across teams and under the direction of our Art Director. Primarily this position will be responsible for: \xc2\xb7 Designing clients\' weekly newsletters, from their customized templates, for MailChimp \xc2\xb7 Social Media Ads \xc2\xb7 Image sourcing and publishing blog articles on clients\' websites \xc2\xb7 With opportunity for one-off projects to support our clients\' marketing needs *Seeking Canadian candidates only at this time - preferrably in the Edmonton AB area Skills: + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
+ Strong problem-solving and conceptual skills
+ Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and visual branding
+ Experience with motion graphics, including animation
+ Exceptional sense of visual design, including typography, colour theory, design systems, and grid systems
+ Ability to work remotely, and on a self-directed basis
+Strong time management and organizational skills Additional skills:
+ Understanding of current web standards, principles and best practices with regard to digital marketing, display ads, and social media
+ Ability to communicate ideas and collaborate at all levels
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for an industry that\'s passionate about their plants
+ Experience with motion graphics, including animation and gifs an asset
+ Photography and video editing skills a plus
+ Familiar with online platforms, such as GSuite and Slack for communications
+ WordPress, Elementor, and Shopify experience is a plus Additional qualities:

+ Ability to work on and manage projects from multiple clients, in an agency context
+ A genuine love of plants, gardening, and nature is a plus
