Apecu du poste: Le gerant de la communaute est charge d'offrir un service a la clientele de qualite aux locataires, ainsi que d'assurer l'administration, la maintenance, le nettoyage et l'entretien general de l'immeuble. Responsabilites principales:
Annoncer et presenter les logements aux locataires potentiels, repondre a toutes les demandes de location, traiter les formulaires de demande, aider a verifier les references de credit, envoyer par courriel les documents/demandes au siege social pour approbation, et conclure les transactions tout en suivant et en enregistrant tous les appels de location, les courriels et les visites.
Assurer la satisfaction des locataires en repondant rapidement a leurs questions et plaintes dans un delai de 24 heures, en offrant un service a la clientele de qualite, et en coordonnant la maintenance ainsi que les reparations mineures. Traiter tous les locataires avec respect, notamment en cas de litiges, et maintenir une communication constante tout au long du processus de resolution.
Etre disponible pendant les heures de travail et repondre rapidement aux urgences des locataires. Donner la priorite aux demandes d'amenagement et veiller au respect des politiques d'accessibilite. Organiser et realiser des evenements destines a favoriser les relations entre les locataires afin de creer un sentiment de communaute.
Gerer les registres de securite incendie, effectuer des inspections et tenir a jour les registres conformement aux procedures de l'entreprise. Percevoir et deposer les loyers, suivre les depenses et participer aux audits. Effectuer des taches administratives telles que repondre aux courriels, envoyer des documents par telecopie, afficher des avis et tenir a jour des registres precis des transactions.
Remplir la documentation necessaire avec le plus grand souci du detail pour les baux et les inspections, suivre les depenses, et tenir a jour les dossiers des rlocataires dans notre logiciel de gestion immobiliere.
Gerer les taches de nettoyage et d'entretien, y compris le maintain de la proprete des endroits communs, repondre aux demandes de maintenance, et superviser les entrepreneurs afin de s'assurer que la propriete reste exempte de debris. Superviser les taches eterieures saisonnieres telles que ratisser les terrains, entretenir les parterres de fleurs, deneiger, et saler les allees.
Qualifications:
Une formation postsecondaire pertinente et cinq (5) ans d'experience dans la gestion immobiliere sont requis.
Permis de conduire valide avec dossier de conduite satisfaisant et assurance automobile.
Des competences informatiques (Word, Excel, messagerie electronique/Internet) sont requises.
Capacite a soulever 22 kg, a se pencher, a pousser et a tirer, ainsi qu'a monter et descendre des escaliers.

Job Overview: The Community Leader is responsible for providing good customer service to tenants, as well as ensuring administrative, maintenance, cleaning and general up-keep of the building. Key Responsibilities:
Advertising and showing units to prospective tenants, answering all rental inquiries, processing application forms, assisting with checking credit references, emailing requested documents/applications to Head Office for approval, and closing deals while tracking and recording all rental calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Ensure high tenant satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and complaints within 24 hours, providing customer service, and coordinating maintenance and light repairs. Treat all tenants with respect, especially during disputes, and maintain communication throughout the resolution process.
Be available during working hours and respond quickly to tenant emergencies. Prioritize requests for accommodation and ensure compliance with accessibility policies. Organize and execute tenant relations events to foster a sense of community.
Manage fire safety records, conduct inspections, and maintain logbooks according to company procedures. Collect and deposit rents, track expenses, and assist in audits. Perform administrative tasks like responding to emails, faxing documents, posting notices and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
Completing necessary documentation with highest level of attention-to-detail for leases and inspections, track expenses, maintain resident files, in our property management software.
Manage cleaning and maintenance responsibilities, including maintaining cleanliness in common areas, addressing maintenance requests, performing minor repairs, and supervising contractors to ensure the property remains free of debris. Oversee seasonal outdoor tasks such as raking grounds, tending to flower beds, shoveling snow, salting walkways, and handling small repairs and upkeep as required.
Qualifications:
Relevant post-secondary education and five (5) years' experience in the property management is required.
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and automobile insurance.
Computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail/web) are required.
Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs.
