As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Global FP&A Lead.

Job Summary:

The Global FP&A lead provides financial leadership to the Accounting and Finance department. The lead will interface with senior leadership, provide expert professional support and work to support corporate strategic growth. The lead will ensure financial accountability by overseeing financial planning and forecasting.

Essential Functions of the Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead:

Annual Operating Plan (AoP) budget:

  • Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.
  • Partner with all areas of the Company to promote smarter planning.
  • Identify active, backlog, gaps, and investment.
Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Weekly/Bi-Monthly Sales Forecast meetings:
  • Work with operations and market leaders to ensure monthly sales forecast data is accurate and ensure all deals (pipeline funnel) are in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) at the correct weighting and close dates.
Revenue Outlook:
  • Work with project accountants to determine profitability by accounts/projects and bring low margin deals to light for rectification.
  • Measure monthly and quarterly performance and determine how to close any gaps.
  • Implement client sales/net revenue/gross profit reporting at the Sector and Market level.
  • Work with operations to develop a 3/6-month net revenue forecast by market.
Reporting & Dashboard:
  • Work with IT to develop accurate real time company-wide reporting in Power BI
  • Share with management and market leaders biweekly/monthly reporting on actual performance vs. goal
  • Support the CFO, Sector Leaders, and Market Directors with data-driven analysis
  • Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, net revenue, gross profit margin, utilization, and equipment ROI, new logos, key accounts, pareto analysis, recurring vs. new and any ad-hoc business performance reporting
  • Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
Opex Controllership:

Control book management:
  • P&L: Consolidated and by Segment with monthly, qtrly, annual views
Requirements

People Management:
  • Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members daily to function in a goal-oriented manner.
  • Through supportive leadership, create an inspiring and trusting team environment promoting the growth of team members with an open communication culture.
  • Utilize their expertise, their peers, influence, and/or creativeness to formulate smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Responsible for effective planning and scheduling of workload and performance of team members.
  • Has full people managerial responsibilities (goal setting, training plans, performance development reviews, pay decisions, termination, discipline, staffing, etc.) and partners with Human Resources for strategic people management duties.
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance or Accounting is required and an MBA is preferred.
  • 10 years minimum work experience in an FP&A type role
  • Self-starter who can lead projects with minimal supervision.
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Ability to thrive in team-based settings.
  • Desire to take on the responsibility of leading a finance function.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • Vigorous work ethic and high-performance standards
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be knowledgeable and proficient with accounting and ERP systems.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
Resulting Physical Qualifications:
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to operate and manipulate standard office equipment.
