The North America (NA) Innovative Medicine (IM) Commercial FP&A team is recruiting for the position of Senior Financial Analyst, Canada Sales & Financial Reporting. This role is based in Toronto, ON or Titusville, NJ. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working schedule, with days both in the office and remote each week. Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/. Overview: The position will provide financial support and analysis to the NA IM Commercial organization through sales reporting, consolidations, and analytics. The individual will own financial reporting and analyzing sales for Johnson & Johnson's Canadas business unit and region while effectively framing and communicating results to senior management and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the collection, validation, and analysis of Canada IM sales forecasts in collaboration with business partners.
• Prepare weekly sales report and distribute to business partners and executives.
• Support Canada IM FP&A team by performing Sales Reporting Analytics and Financial Statement Consolidation.
• Partner with Canadian Business Unit Finance team to deliver business results for forecasts, quarter close, and latest thinking estimates.
• Prepare management review decks and effectively frame and communicate business insights to senior management and business partners to help inform and drive fact-based decisions.
• Lead FP&A process by running meetings with Senior Finance Director, Finance Managers, and Canada IM President
• Complete quarter close duties including: conduct PVC analysis for forecast and actuals, update monthly NTS tracker, , and consolidate Management Business Review slides for US and Canada.
• Manage the budget for Other Income and Expenses (OI&E) ensuring clarity of activities.
• Deliver outstanding value through continuing to simplify processes, reducing complexity and providing relevant insights to enable excellence in business partnering and decision making.
• Lead forecast calendar planning and guidance communication for NA IM organization ensuring input from all relevant functions with adherence to Corporates guidance.
• Serve as the NA FP&A lead to provide support for ad-hoc projects, systems updates and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Education:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.

Required:

• A minimum of three (3) years business experience is required.
• Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
• Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to drive improved processes, work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong capabilities working in planning systems along with core Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Preferred:

• A CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certification is preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and/or consumer products industry is preferred.
