You will have a unique opportunity to play a leading role in managing the global Can-Am 3 Wheel vehicle & Motorcycle editorial brand content calendar (Can-Am 52) and bring it to life across all consumer journey touchpoints. In order to be successful, you will need to collaborate closely with all regions (EMEA, LATAM, NAM, APAC) and with key internal & external stakeholders. You will also assist in monitoring channel performance with the demand generation team of specialists to extract key insights & learnings to continuously optimize our consumer engagement and content development.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Global Content Strategy, the Global Content Specialist will play a key role in Can-Am\xe2\x80\x99s 3WV and Motorcycle team by assisting in the planning and management of the overall content and production strategies, which will align with the brand\xe2\x80\x99s strategic pillars and help to grow the brand\xe2\x80\x99s overall footprint and engage with more riders. This permanent position will be based in Montreal or Sherbrooke.

Strategic planning & alignment

  • Assist in the strategic planning to build and activate on the global editorial content calendar working in close relationship with local markets and a cross-functional team of experts.
  • Assist in the on-going globalization efforts of content planning and production.
  • Lead the 360 multi-channel activation plans for selected key brand moments which is included but not limited to, writing briefs, briefing internal and external partners, working with the editorial calendar to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Contribute to development and implementation of content plans in support of various projects to achieve established targets globally.
  • Provide strategic input as a subject matter expert on content and partner with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Media, PR, Media House, Customer Care, and all key regions to deliver on key business objectives.
  • Regularly evaluate content performance and effectiveness in tandem with Demand Generation and implement new approaches and strategies to improve engagement and impact.
  • Assist in development of data management strategy for the brand. Responsible for data management mapping and day to day operation.
  • Contribute to the strategic launch plan of the Can-Am electric motorcycle line-up by 2024.
Content development, production, and execution
  • Champion the \xe2\x80\x98Can-Am 52\xe2\x80\x99 editorial calendar content management system via AirTable to keep it updated and provide visibility on production planning including budget management.
  • Assist in production of global assets & briefing to fulfill the calendar in close relationship with Doo Studio and Can-Am collective of ambassadors and other agency partners.
  • Assist in developing strategy to work with and guide a network of internal and external content creators and collaborators to generate compelling, raw and human content across all channels.
  • Work closely with Can-Am social media team to manage content opportunities & UGC.
Performance monitoring
  • Analyze content performance to highlight strategic insights to optimize performance and inform future work.
  • Identify opportunities for test-and-learn and optimize production processes for budget efficiencies globally.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2C experience.
  • Must have a strong understanding and passion for compelling storytelling and equity-building brand development.
  • Both a strategic thinker and a tactical executor, with a roll-up-your-sleeves bias for action and an ability to drive on-brand execution.
  • Thorough understanding of Brand Positioning elements, development process, and guideline criteria.
  • Ability to comprehensively understand and convert consumer, category, competitor, and channel/customer insights into brand strategy & communication plans.
  • In-depth understanding of top social media platforms and distribution channels to show up authentically and deliver tangible results.
  • Successful track record of developing creative methods of growing brands through storytelling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization with multiple internal and external stakeholders to accomplish goals.
  • Highly detailed and organized with project management experience.
  • Experience with vendor and agency management.
  • Experience with content management system (i.e. AirTable, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Passionate about adventure and outdoor life; Interest in Powersport would be a plus.
  • Proficient in English and French.
