The Content Specialist will work with the Digital Content Support team on various data driven tasks. The primary responsibilities of this role include data entry, media research and data mapping. This position requires a fine attention to detail and someone who isn't afraid to ask questions.

Shift: Mon - Fri: 3-11p or 4p-12a

Essential Functions

  • Analyze content addition reports and perform data entry as needed.
  • Work closely with CX team members to ensure clients are receiving accurate data.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for content availability queries.
  • Perform gap analysis across platforms to ensure each product is providing the same content data and modify any discrepancies accordingly.
  • Assist Content Analysts and DCS management with gathering data for more complex client issues.
  • Work under a goal-oriented schedule, meeting deadlines for projects assigned by the manager.
  • Perform multiple tasks efficiently and with the flexibility to accommodate special projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher-level qualifications preferred.
  • Must be able to speak, write, and communicate in French and English.
  • 1+ years working within a fast pace operations/support environment.
  • Ability to work independently and stick to deadlines.
  • Evolve with changing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of media desired.
  • Experience with database and content management systems preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Highly driven, passionate and innovative.
