Candidate profile (text) - Default language Note: This is a one year contract.

What you'll need to have

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, content creation and copywriting. Experience in online retail is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of CMS, web analytics and performance measurement tools.
  • You can communicate fluently in English. (Written and spoken).
  • Passionate about communication and conveying information and inspiration to consumers.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to turn strategies into impactful actions, with simplicity. The
ability to take the lead on projects.
  • Energized by contributing to success and results through collaboration and co-creation.
  • You are knowledgeable about Ecommerce landscape, tactics and strategies.
  • You have experience with Website analytics (Google Analytics, Content Square, Optimizely) creating reports and drawing conclusions and
recommendations.
  • Understand the relation between content writing and SEO
  • Have strong knowledge in graphic design and copywriting, dynamic content creation, marketing creative and production process.
  • You have marketing communication experience in retail.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
Key responsibilities (title) What you'll be doing day to day

Key responsibilities (text) . Act as a member of the Marketing function and wider E-commerce team, and proactively contribute to Marketing and E-commerce
plans/outputs to deliver to the common objectives and goals and secure consistency of content and messaging across channels.
  • Manage content localization process: adjust global material for local adaptation to secure local relevance.
  • Continuously optimize the content, editorial process and efficiency, and contribute to the development with insights, recommendations and
solutions in the area of content.
  • Based on commercial and identified additional local needs, create new content when necessary and lead content adaptation.
  • Work closely daily with range, merchandising, SEO and digital performance functions to secure cross-functional alignment
in the wider E-commerce team.
  • Coordinate and execute local A/B testing acting in line with guidelines set from Group Digital.
  • Manage digital assets and publish locally relevant content on IKEA digital channels.
  • Responsible for reviewing content assets, identifying improvements, creating pages and publishing in digital channels.
  • Continuously work with and organize digital content assets based on received plans.
  • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact (for
example Digital, CFF (Customer Fulfilment), Communications, Sustainability, BNOF (Business Navigation Operations & Finance), People &
Culture.
  • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA
