:
Diriger, encadrer et developper une equipe de 4 professionnels Rh
Aligner les strategies Rh sur les objectifs de l'entreprise pour stimuler la performance, l'engagement et la retention
Promouvoir une culture de travail positive et inclusive, en accord avec nos valeurs
Superviser les operations Rh : remuneration et avantages sociaux, evaluations de performance, relations avec les employes, programmes de reconnaissance, formation et developpement, ainsi que la gestion de projets Rh
Collaborer avec la direction sur le developpement organisationnel et la planification de la main-d'oeuvre
Veiller au respect des lois du travail, des pratiques de paie et des meilleures pratiques Rh
Exploiter les donnees et les analyses pour ameliorer en continu nos methodes de travail et notre croissance
Education:
Un diplome de baccalaureat en ressources humaines, administration des affaires, psychologie ou domaine connexe.
En tant que Gestionnaire Rh, vous apportez :
8 a 10 annees d'experience progressive en Rh, dont au moins 5 en gestion
Une expertise approfondie de les fonctions Rh
Une experience dans des environnements manufacturiers, de vente au detail ou similaires, a rythme rapide et operationnels
Une bonne comprehension des processus de paie et du travail transversal avec les equipes financieres
Une experience avec des operations basees aux Etats-Unis (un atout)
Une maitrise des systemes SIRH
Une excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais

As our HR Manager, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 HR professionals
Align HR strategies with business goals to drive performance, engagement, and retention
Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture that reflects our values
Oversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits, performance evaluations, employee relations, training and development programs, recognition initiatives, and HR project management
Partner with leadership on organizational development and workforce planning
Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll practices, and HR best practices
Use data and insights to continuously improve how we work and grow
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
As our HR Manager, you bring:
8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Deep knowledge of HR functions
Experience in manufacturing, retail, or similar fast-paced, operational environments
Solid understanding of payroll processes and collaboration with finance teams
Experience working with U.S. based operations (an asset)
Proficiency with HRIS systems
Strong bilingual fluency in French and English
