Gestionnaire, Qualite et Conformite de Compte

aura pour fonction principale de s'assurer que le programme de Qualite et Conformite (QC) soit correctement developpe, mis en oeuvre, maintenu et continuellement ameliore selon les exigences reglementaires, contractuelles et procedurales. La personne doit avoir une solide experience en matiere d'exigences qualite et reglementaires pour des installations de fabrication reglementees par la FDA du point de vue des installations, de l'ingenierie et de la maintenance. Le poste visera la conformite reglementaire, procedurale et contractuelle en assurant une Culture Qualite et un statut de Preparation aux Audits a travers le compte.


Cette personne collaborera avec l'equipe afin d'assurer une participation efficace et l'adhesion au programme Q&C, visant un niveau de service plus eleve ainsi que l'atteinte des indicateurs de performance cles attendus, tel que stipule dans les contrats Client et Fournisseurs Tiers. A ce titre, le Gestionnaire, Qualite et Conformite de Compte sera egalement responsable de fournir des conseils, d'identifier les ressources et equipements necessaires pour mettre en oeuvre les systemes de gestion applicables et les programmes de conformite lies au perimetre de travail de JLL chez les clients. Le Gestionnaire, Qualite et Conformite de Compte conseillera l'equipe de direction JLL sur les enjeux, assistera dans l'evaluation des non-conformites potentielles, participera aux enquetes, identifiera les Actions Correctives et Preventives (CAPA) et s'assurera que JLL respecte toutes les exigences reglementaires.


Le Gestionnaire, Qualite et Conformite de Compte doit egalement avoir un fort engagement envers l'assurance qualite et une volonte d'aider a developper et maintenir les cultures necessaires a travers le compte. Doit etre autonome, oriente vers les details, a l'aise de travailler dans un environnement d'equipe dynamique avec une supervision minimale.

Concevoir, deployer et piloter des programmes qualite innovants garantissant que les livrables surpassent systematiquement les attentes clients et creent une valeur ajoutee mesurable. Developper des partenariats strategiques durables avec les equipes clients et parties prenantes internes, favorisant la confiance mutuelle, l'anticipation des besoins et l'adoption des meilleures pratiques sectorielles. Orchestrer de bout en bout la conception, le deploiement, l'optimisation et la perennisation des programmes qualite et conformite, en assurant leur alignement strategique et leur evolution continue. Animer l'ecosysteme elargi du compte en facilitant le partage proactif des connaissances, la capitalisation des succes et la replication des meilleures pratiques a travers l'organisation. Elaborer, negocier et valider les Accords Qualite clients en garantissant leur parfaite conformite aux Accords de Service Maitres et leur optimisation contractuelle. Coordonner de maniere proactive la communication vers l'ensemble des parties prenantes (JLL, equipes compte, prestataires) pour assurer la diffusion efficace des exigences qualite et l'adaptation aux evolutions reglementaires. Piloter integralement le programme de conformite des fournisseurs tiers GxP (qualification, contractualisation, audits, monitoring des performances). Superviser l'ensemble des programmes qualite du compte (investigations de non-conformite, CAPA, conformite formation, qualifications fournisseurs, accords qualite tiers, audits internes/externes, auto-evaluations, gestion documentaire, controle des changements GxP) en garantissant la conformite totale aux SOP, reglementations industrielles, bonnes pratiques actuelles et exigences contractuelles. Concevoir et actualiser les analyses de tendances strategiques et les tableaux de bord de performance lies au perimetre d'activite du compte. Maintenir et optimiser l'infrastructure de conformite documentaire pour assurer l'adhesion rigoureuse aux exigences reglementaires contractuelles, procedurales, federales, etatiques et locales. Piloter une demarche d'amelioration continue des processus qualite, systemes operationnels et niveau de satisfaction client, en s'appuyant sur des indicateurs de performance mesurables. Etablir une collaboration etroite avec les equipes qualite clients pour garantir le respect integral des exigences, la tracabilite documentaire appropriee et la qualite des enregistrements. Developper des relations privilegiees avec la direction client a travers des interactions personnalisees, des solutions innovantes a valeur ajoutee, un reporting transparent et l'elaboration collaborative de plans d'action mutuellement benefiques. Elaborer et presenter des rapports de statut periodiques complets sur les Programmes Qualite du compte, incluant les indicateurs cles de performance et les recommandations d'amelioration. Encadrer, developper et former les collaborateurs sous supervision directe, en favorisant leur montee en competences et leur epanouissement professionnel. Garantir l'implementation rigoureuse et le respect permanent du Systeme de Gestion Qualite Sciences de la Vie JLL, incluant la conformite totale aux exigences ISO 9001:2015. Contribuer activement aux initiatives transversales et programmes d'excellence de la Plateforme Qualite Sciences de la Vie. Assumer toute mission strategique complementaire necessaire au developpement de l'excellence operationnelle et a la satisfaction client optimale.

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS



Diplome de Baccalaureat en Sciences/Ingenierie privilegie, complete par un minimum de huit (8) annees d'experience confirmee en Assurance Qualite, idealement dans les operations d'installations de l'industrie des sciences de la vie. Une experience professionnelle solide et pertinente peut compenser l'absence du diplome requis. Licence EIT (Engineer in Training) ou PE (Professional Engineer) constituera un avantage concurrentiel significatif. Maitrise avancee des methodologies d'Assurance Qualite : investigations de non-conformite, analyses de causes racines, programmes CAPA, systemes d'audit complets, qualification et evaluation des fournisseurs, et deploiement des Systemes de Gestion Qualite (SGQ). Comprehension approfondie et application pratique des reglementations cGxP dans leur application aux installations, utilites, equipements et laboratoires supportant les activites de fabrication pharmaceutique. Historique demontre de collaboration fructueuse avec sous-traitants et fournisseurs pour l'atteinte d'objectifs qualite partages et l'optimisation des performances. Maitrise experte des outils informatiques, particulierement l'ensemble des applications MS Office (Excel avance, Word, PowerPoint) et des systemes electroniques de Gestion Qualite. Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite, avec aptitude a adapter le niveau de discours a tous les echelons manageriaux et a interagir efficacement avec une clientele diversifiee (personnel technique et non-technique). Capacite analytique confirmee afin d'elaborer, de reviser et d'analyser des documents techniques complexes, rapports d'incidents et etudes de conformite aux reglementations, procedures et obligations contractuelles. Excellence averee en service client interne et externe, avec capacite a developper des relations durables et de confiance. Aptitude a conduire des inspections rigoureuses en zones interieures et exterieures pour evaluer la conformite aux programmes etablis et identifier les opportunites d'amelioration. Flexibilite et disponibilite pour des deplacements professionnels representant jusqu'a 20% du temps de travail. The

Account Quality & Compliance Manager

will have a primary function of ensuring that the Account's Quality & Compliance (QC) program is properly developed, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved as per regulations, contractual and procedural requirements. The person must have a strong background, working in similar role(s), in quality and regulatory requirements for FDA regulated manufacturing facility for facilities, engineering and maintenance perspective. The role will strive towards regulatory, procedural, and contractual compliance ensuring Quality Culture and Audit Readiness status across the account.


This person will collaborate with the account's team to ensure effective participation in, and adherence to the Q&C program driving towards a higher level of service as well as achieving expected key performance metrics, as stipulated in both Client and Third Party Vendor contracts. In this capacity, the Quality and Compliance Manager will also be accountable to provide guidance, identify the resources and equipment necessary to implement applicable management systems and compliance programs related to JLL scope of work at the Client locations. The Quality can Compliance Manager will advise the JLL management team on issues, assist with the evaluation of potential non-conformance, participate in investigations, identify Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and ensure JLL is compliant with all regulatory and Client requirements.


The Quality and Compliance Manager must also have a strong commitment to quality assurance, and a willingness to help develop and sustain the necessary required cultures across the account. Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, comfortable working in a dynamic team environment with minimal supervision.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING



Develop, implement, support, and manage quality programs ensuring that program deliveries meet or exceed expectations. Build successful relationships within account's personnel and other client personnel to promote confidence, forward planning, and best practices. Provide management and leadership for the design, development, implementation and sustainability of the account's quality and compliance programs. Collaborate with account wide team and proactively share and reapply all learnings, successes, and best practices. Develop/review, negotiate and approve the account's Quality Agreements with clients ensuring compliance with Master Service Agreements (contract). Provides management/information to JLL third-parties, account staff and service providers as required to ensure that quality assurance expectations and changes to industry regulations are communicated and followed. Management of the GxP third-party vendors' compliance program (e.g., qualification, agreements, audits, performances, etc.) Responsible for supporting and managing the account's quality programs (i.e., non-conformance investigations, CAPAs, training compliance, vendor qualifications, third-party quality agreements, Internal/external audits, self-assessments, document management, GxP change control, etc.) that ensures that the work conducted by the Facilities team, and its subcontractors, perform the work in full accordance with applicable SOP's, industry regulations, current practices, and contractual requirements. Development and review of trend analysis reports related to the account's scope of work. Maintain all infrastructure and compliance documentation for the facility for the purpose of maintaining regulatory compliance with Contractual, Procedural, Federal, State or Local law requirements. Seeks to continuously improve quality processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction. Effectively interface with the client's quality personnel to ensure that all the client's requirements are followed, and that the work performed by the team is documented and recorded in the proper fashion. Engage with client's leadership to foster quality relationships by providing personalized interactions, added value solutions, status reports, collecting feedback and collaborating on mutually agreed plans & objectives. Develops and submit periodic account status reports related to its Quality Programs. Supervise, mentor, develop and train peers and direct report team members, when applicable. Ensure that JLL's Life Sciences Quality Management System is properly implemented and consistently met, including all ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Actively collaborate with the Life Sciences Quality Platform programs. Any other duties and tasks as deemed necessary.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR



Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree is desired with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Quality Assurance fields, preferably within the life sciences industry facility operations. Strong related experience in lieu of degree may be acceptable. EIT or PE license a plus. Knowledge of Quality Assurance techniques such as non-conformance investigations, RCAs, CAPAs, audit programs, vendor qualification, and quality management systems (QMS). Thorough understanding of cGxP's as they relate to the facilities, utilities, equipment, and laboratories supporting manufacturing activities of drug products. Success working with subcontractors/vendors supporting mutual quality objectives. PC skills, proficient in all MSOffice applications, in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint and electronic Quality Management Systems. Good oral and written communication skills including the ability communicate to all levels of management and will interface with a diverse customer base including technical and non-technical personnel. Ability to prepare and analyze technical documents, incidents, and reports for the purpose of ensuring compliance with regulations, procedures, and contractual responsibilities. Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service experience. Ability to drive and inspect both outdoor and indoor areas to observe compliance with established programs. Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time.
