Que fait un(e) directeur(trice) de comptes performant(e) chez Fiserv?




Ce role de vente B2B est axe sur le developpement de nouvelles affaires, en vendant notre solution de point de vente proprietaire, Clover. Vous devrez generer des opportunites via des appels sortants, des listes de prospects assignees, le reseautage et la prospection sur le terrain. Vous devrez gerer l'ensemble du cycle de vente, du premier contact a la conclusion reussie de la vente.

Ce que vous ferez:



Atteindre et depasser les objectifs mensuels et annuels de chiffre d'affaires. Utiliser une approche de vente consultative pour identifier les besoins des commercants et leur proposer les meilleures solutions. Demontrer et presenter nos solutions SaaS aux commercants potentiels. Vendre et negocier les prix ainsi que les termes du contrat avec les clients potentiels. Gerer et maintenir un pipeline d'opportunites avec un suivi constant.

Ce que vous possedez:



2+ annees d'experience en vente B2B. 2+ annees d'experience en vente consultative. Baccalaureat en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe, ou une combinaison equivalente de formation, d'experience professionnelle et/ou militaire.

Ce qu'il serait bon de posseder:



3+ annees d'experience dans la vente de solutions SaaS. Historique prouve d'atteinte des objectifs de vente. Experience dans l'industrie des technologies financieres. 3+ annees d'experience avec des outils de gestion de pipeline de vente comme Salesforce. Maitrise de la negociation des prix et des termes contractuels.

What does a successful Account Executive do at Fiserv?




This B2B sales role focuses on New Business Development, selling our proprietary point-of-sale solution, Clover. You will generate opportunities through outbound calls, assigned lead lists, networking, and in-market prospecting. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale successfully.

What you will do:



Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales revenue targets. Use a consultative sales approach to identify merchant needs and offer the best solutions. Demonstrate and present our SaaS solutions to prospective merchants. Sell and negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients. Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities with consistent follow-up.

What you will need to have:



2+ years of experience in B2B sales. 2+ years of experience in consultative selling. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:



3+ years of experience in selling SaaS solutions. Proven record of meeting sales targets. Experience in the financial technology industry. 3+ years of experience with sales pipeline management tools like Salesforce. Proficiency in negotiating pricing and contract terms.
