Le responsable principal(e) travaillera avec divers intervenants au sein des unit\xc3\xa9s commerciales, identifiera les besoins, \xc3\xa9laborera et dispensera une formation appropri\xc3\xa9e pour assurer la conformit\xc3\xa9 aux exigences r\xc3\xa9glementaires (GxP) et au syst\xc3\xa8me de gestion de la qualit\xc3\xa9 (QMS) de McKesson, en accord avec les objectifs commerciaux.

Section A \xe2\x80\x93 Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s sp\xc3\xa9cifiques

  • Responsable du programme de formation et de d\xc3\xa9veloppement li\xc3\xa9 aux activit\xc3\xa9s GxP
  • Mise en \xc5\x93uvre et gestion de la strat\xc3\xa9gie de formation
  • Veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que le programme de formation interne de McKesson soit conforme aux exigences r\xc3\xa9glementaires externes
  • Collaborer avec les d\xc3\xa9partements des services partag\xc3\xa9s de la Qualit\xc3\xa9 Corporative afin d\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9grer au mieux le LMS (Learning Management system) au QMS (Quality Management System)

  • Mettre en \xc5\x93uvre diverses m\xc3\xa9thodes d\'apprentissage dans toute l\'entreprise (coaching, observation de postes, formation en ligne) en utilisant les outils appropri\xc3\xa9s d\'apprentissage et de d\xc3\xa9veloppement
  • \xc3\x89valuer les comp\xc3\xa9tences en d\xc3\xa9veloppement individuel et organisationnel

  • Examiner et coordonner la r\xc3\xa9vision des plans de formation et du mat\xc3\xa9riel de formation actuels

  • Superviser la disponibilit\xc3\xa9 du mat\xc3\xa9riel de formation pour l\'int\xc3\xa9gration des nouveaux employ\xc3\xa9s (s\'assurer qu\'il est \xc3\xa0 jour, disponible dans le meilleur format, attribu\xc3\xa9 au bon personnel, etc.)
  • Diriger des projets de formation internes
  • Recruter et superviser des sp\xc3\xa9cialistes de la formation et du d\xc3\xa9veloppement
  • Encadrer et conseiller les formateurs identifi\xc3\xa9s
  • Animer les r\xc3\xa9unions d\'\xc3\xa9quipe lorsque n\xc3\xa9cessaire
  • \xc3\x89laborer et rapporter des indicateurs de performance pertinents en mati\xc3\xa8re de formation tels que des Indicateurs de performances cl\xc3\xa9s (KPI) et Indicateurs cl\xc3\xa9s de conformit\xc3\xa9 (KCI)
  • Assurer l\'int\xc3\xa9gration des formateurs, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant
  • Mettre en place un syst\xc3\xa8me de surveillance permettant de mesurer r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement les indicateurs de performance cl\xc3\xa9s (KPI) et les indicateurs cl\xc3\xa9s de conformit\xc3\xa9 (KCIs)
  • Pr\xc3\xa9senter les r\xc3\xa9sultats des mesures mises en \xc5\x93uvre / de la formation \xc3\xa0 la direction
  • Recommander, identifier et soutenir la mise en \xc5\x93uvre d\'une nouvelle plateforme de gestion de l\'apprentissage, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant
  • Maintenir et am\xc3\xa9liorer les matrices de formation des employ\xc3\xa9s des unit\xc3\xa9s commerciales.

Section B \xe2\x80\x93 Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rales

  • Veiller \xc3\xa0 la conformit\xc3\xa9 de la formation aux bonnes pratiques de fabrication (GMP) dans l\'ensemble de l\'entreprise
  • Interagir quotidiennement avec des groupes de pairs fonctionnels et diriger les responsables pour assurer l\'ach\xc3\xa8vement des activit\xc3\xa9s. L\'interaction implique g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ralement l\'\xc3\xa9change ou la pr\xc3\xa9sentation d\'informations factuelles
  • Superviser les membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe qui effectuent une t\xc3\xa2che unique ou plusieurs t\xc3\xa2ches \xc3\xa9troitement li\xc3\xa9es. Interagir avec d\'autres superviseurs et/ou d\'autres domaines fonctionnels pour accomplir les t\xc3\xa2ches assign\xc3\xa9es
  • Participer, lorsque n\xc3\xa9cessaire, \xc3\xa0 la cr\xc3\xa9ation et \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9vision des proc\xc3\xa9dures op\xc3\xa9rationnelles standard (SOP) et des instructions de travail (WI)
  • Diriger et soutenir des projets sp\xc3\xa9ciaux et des missions selon les besoins.
  • Rester \xc3\xa0 jour sur les changements l\xc3\xa9gislatifs, r\xc3\xa9glementaires et techniques
  • Coacher les formateurs lors de la prestation des sessions d\'int\xc3\xa9gration selon les besoins
  • Respecter toutes les politiques de l\'entreprise, les PON et les IT pertinents

\xc3\x89ducation:
  • BSc/BA en administration des affaires, psychologie ou dans un domaine connexe et/ou baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en sciences en chimie, biologie ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Certification professionnelle en formation et apprentissage est un plus
  • Certificat en gestion de projet est un plus
Comp\xc3\xa9tences techniques:
  • Plus de 9 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle dans l\'industrie pharmaceutique ou des domaines connexes dans le domaine de la formation et du d\xc3\xa9veloppement / d\xc3\xa9partement de formation.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente en leadership et en gestion d\'\xc3\xa9quipe (plus d\'1 an d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience)
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience av\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e en tant que responsable de la formation et du d\xc3\xa9veloppement, responsable de la formation ou r\xc3\xb4le similaire.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Quality Systems and Private Label, the Senior Manager of Training and Development, will be responsible for the creation and implementation of a training platform and programs for employees under GXP regulations. The Senior Manager, Training & Development is a key role within Corporate Quality Shared Services and is the main point of contact for all Business units for training purposes. The Senior Manager will be working with various stakeholders within the business units, identifying needs, developing, and delivering appropriate training to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GxP) and the McKesson Quality Management System (QMS) practical aspects aligned with the business objectives.

Section A \xe2\x80\x93 Specific Responsibilities

  • Process owner of the Training and Development program related to GxP\xe2\x80\x99s activities
  • Driving implementation and management of Training Strategy
  • Ensure compliance of McKesson\xe2\x80\x99s internal training program is aligned with external regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Quality Shared Service departments to best integrate the LMS program with the QMS
  • Ensure all Business units adhere to the training program, SOPs along with the templates and structure of training
  • Manage all training requests and updates including all schedules & assignments related to New Hire Onboarding & Corporate Quality Training
  • Supervise and collaborate with other departments than Quality the implementation of new training
  • Support managers in developing team members through career paths
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training methods
  • Deliver training material related to Corporate Quality / GxP
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) using appropriate learning and development tools
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development skills
  • Oversee the implementation of a Distribution Center competency-based training program. Coordinate and run pilot training sessions prior to a wider roll out to all impacted employees
  • Review and coordinate revision of current training plans and training material
  • Assess the success and effectiveness of development plans and training program
  • Oversee availability of new hire onboarding training materials (ensure they\xe2\x80\x99re up to date, available in the best format, assigned to the right staff, etc.)
  • Lead key internal Training projects
  • Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
  • Coaching & mentoring identified Trainers
  • Lead team meetings when required
  • Develop and report relevant training performance metrics such as KPIs & KCIs
  • Lead onboarding of Trainers, when applicable
  • Build/Implement monitoring system that allows measurement of the KPIs/KCIs on a regular basis
  • Present the outcome of the implemented measures / training to management
  • Recommend, identify, and support in the implementation of a new Learning Management platform, when applicable
  • Maintain and improve Business units employee training matrixes.

Section B \xe2\x80\x93 General Responsibilities

  • Ensure GMP training compliance across the business
  • Interacts daily with functional peer groups and directs manager to ensure completion of activities. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information
  • Supervises team members who perform either a single task, or multiple but closely related tasks. Interacts with other supervisors and/or other functional areas to complete assigned tasks
  • Participate when required, in the creation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Instructions (WIs)
  • Lead and support special projects and assignments as needed.
  • Remain current on legislative, regulatory, and technical changes
  • Coach trainers with the delivery of onboarding sessions as required
  • Follow all relevant company policies, SOPs and WIs
  • Participate in presentations (audits, capability presentations etc.), if required
  • Always keep the work area safe, organized, and clean.
Section C \xe2\x80\x93 Position Key Requirements Education:
  • BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field and/or Bachelor of Sciences in Chemistry, Biology or in a related field
  • Training, Learning Professional certification is a plus
  • Project Management is a plus.
Technical and Soft Skills:
  • 9+ years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields in learning & development / training department.
  • Relevant experience in Leadership and managing a team (1+ year of experience)
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar role
  • Perfectly bilingual (spoken/written English and French)
  • The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Superior written and verbal communication and strong case management skills
  • Expert knowledge of diverse learning & development training tools
  • Documentation management, Quality systems
  • Pharmaceutical or pharmacological background, or health care professional background
  • Knowledge of Health Canada\'s GMP Regulations including those applied to wholesalers and distributors/importers. will be an asset
  • Experience of electronic Quality Management System / Learning Management Systems (LMS) in an established QA function within pharmaceutical/healthcare industries
  • Excellent computer skills including strength of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp business content quickly
  • Experience with the development and reporting of performance metrics
  • Experience in Project Management.
