En tant que gestionnaire principal(e) en gestion immobiliere chez CBRE, vous dirigerez une equipe performante responsable de la gestion operationnelle et financiere d'un portefeuille diversifie d'immeubles. Vous jouerez un role cle dans l'excellence du service, l'optimisation du rendement des batiments et la creation de valeur pour les locataires et les proprietaires.
Ce poste fait partie de notre fonction de gestion immobiliere, ou nous assurons l'exploitation des immeubles pour le compte de nos clients. Vous serez la personne-ressource pour les besoins immobiliers complexes, en guidant votre equipe et en collaborant etroitement avec les parties prenantes afin de depasser les attentes.
Ce que vous ferez :
Assurer la supervision formelle des employes. Surveiller la formation et le developpement du personnel. Realiser des evaluations de rendement et offrir du coaching. Superviser le recrutement et l'embauche de nouveaux employes.
Coordonner et gerer les activites quotidiennes de l'equipe. Etablir les horaires de travail, attribuer les taches et assurer la polyvalence du personnel. Fixer et suivre les echeances du personnel et du departement. Offrir du mentorat et du coaching au besoin.
Repondre aux besoins et aux enjeux des locataires de haut profil.
Agir en tant que principal point de contact avec les proprietaires, en representant leurs interets afin de s'assurer que les objectifs sont atteints. Preparer et livrer des rapports complets, precis et ponctuels.
Elaborer et gerer les budgets annuels pour les depenses d'exploitation et les depenses en immobilisations importantes. Prevoir des plans de gestion complexes et preparer des rapports mensuels de performance, en expliquant les ecarts.
Contribuer a la creation de programmes avances pour faciliter la reprise des activites en cas d'urgence.
Preparer et approuver tous les avis juridiques requis. Recommander et coordonner les actions legales necessaires.
Examiner les loyers des locataires et les frais de recuperation des aires communes afin d'assurer que les paiements sont effectues a temps.
About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager at CBRE, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the full scope of operational and financial management across a diverse portfolio of properties. You'll play a key role in driving service excellence, optimizing building performance, and delivering value to both tenants and property owners.
This role sits within our Property Management function, where we manage buildings on behalf of clients--ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and long-term asset performance. You'll be the go-to expert for complex property needs, guiding your team and collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet and exceed expectations.
What You'll Do:
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Respond to high profile tenant needs and issues.
Act as primary contact with property owners, serving as owner representative to ensure that objectives are being met. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate and complete reports.
Develop and control annual budgets for large operating and capital expenses. Forecast complex management plans and prepare monthly performance reports, explaining variances.
Help create advanced programs that will assist the property with emergency recoveries.
Prepare and approve all required legal notices. Recommend and coordinate legal action as necessary.
Review tenant rent and common area maintenance recovery charges to ensure payment is on time.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin :Un baccalaureat est preferable, accompagne de 5 a 8 annees d'experience pertinente. A defaut d'un diplome, une combinaison equivalente de formation et d'experience sera prise en consideration.
Capacite a communiquer des informations sensibles, complexes et delicates, a transmettre les attentes en matiere de rendement et a resoudre les problemes.
Competences en leadership pour motiver l'equipe a atteindre des objectifs operationnels d'envergure ayant un impact sur sa propre discipline, plusieurs disciplines et le departement.
Connaissance approfondie des produits Microsoft Office, notamment Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Solides competences organisationnelles et esprit d'analyse avance.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
