A propos du role
Des relations clients solides sont importantes pour vous. Vous aimez jouer un role central dans le service client en apportant des competences organisationnelles superieures, une attention aux details et une attitude positive dans tout ce que vous faites.
En tant que gestionnaire immobilier principal, vous serez implique dans tous les aspects de la gestion de votre portefeuille, des operations et des activites financieres a la gestion des relations importantes avec nos locataires, proprietaires et fournisseurs. De la gestion des contrats de service a la supervision des ameliorations locatives, en passant par la realisation d'inspections de proprietes et la formulation de recommandations, vous aurez l'occasion de partager vos idees innovantes.
Vous developpez et entretenez des relations solides avec les proprietaires, les locataires, les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs.
Vous etes responsable :Budgets annuels, dans le respect des delais fixes par le departement comptable. Veiller au respect des budgets d'exploitation de l'annee en cours et realiser des projets d'investissement conformement aux demandes des proprietaires. Superviser et controler toutes les depenses d'exploitation et d'investissement, les recouvrements, les ajustements annuels, les rapprochements avec les locataires, les comptes clients, etc. Vous avez la charge de l'elaboration des rapports mensuels en veillant a la qualite des informations, au respect des delais et a l'alignement sur les budgets annuels. Coordonner et collaborer avec les autres departements afin d'assurer la cohesion des informations transmises. Soutenir activement les initiatives en matiere d'environnement, de societe et de gouvernance (ESG) et de technologie immobiliere (Proptech). Mettre en oeuvre et superviser tous les programmes et certifications ESG pour les proprietes du portefeuille. Soutenir activement et promouvoir la politique nationale de gestion des fournisseurs et d'approvisionnement. Entretien individuel periodique avec les membres de l'equipe. Documenter les objectifs de coaching, les livrables et les progres de chaque employe sous votre supervision. Proposer des initiatives visant a maximiser la rentabilite par client, suggerer des solutions, trouver des opportunites de reduire les depenses d'exploitation en utilisant des leviers, en ameliorant ou en optimisant les processus permettant de gagner du temps, et ainsi maximiser la rentabilite de notre region. Ce que vous apporterezPlus de 7 ans d'experience progressive en gestion immobiliere commerciale Experience dans YARDI Voyager (comptabilite integree). Competences avancees dans les applications Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook). Vous communiquez clairement et efficacement a tous les niveaux Vous etes proactif et oriente vers la recherche de solutions Vous etes bilingue, francais et anglais, pour fins de communication avec nos proprietaires, locataires et collegues au niveau national. Vous detenez un titre CPM ou RPA (Ce n'est pas obligatoire, mais c'est un plus). Vous detenez un permis de conduire valide et un vehicule

About the role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will manage your assigned portfolio, overseeing operations, financial activities, and important relationships with our tenants, property owners, and vendors. You can share your innovative ideas by managing service contracts, overseeing tenant improvements, completing property inspections, and making recommendations.Annual budgets are to be respected, and deadlines set by the accounting department. Ensure compliance with the current year's operating budgets and carry out capex projects in line with owners' requests. Supervise and control all Operations and Capital Expenses, recoveries, YE adjustments, Tenant reconciliations, A/R, etc. Monthly reporting by ensuring the quality of information, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with annual budgets. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesion in the information transmitted. Actively support environmental, social and governance (ESG) and real estate technology (Protech) initiatives. Implement and supervise all ESG programs and certifications for the portfolio's properties. Actively support and promote national vendor management and procurement policy Periodic one-on-one with team members. Document coaching objectives, deliverables and progress of each employee under your supervision. Propose initiatives to maximize profitability per customer, suggest solutions, find opportunities to reduce operating expenses by using levers, improve or optimize time-saving processes, and thus maximize the profitability of our region. What You'll Bring7+ years of progressive experience in commercial property management Experience in YARDI Voyager (integrated accounting). Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Experience with capital improvement projects. You communicate clearly and effectively at all levels. You are proactive and solution-oriented Being bilingual in French and English will help you communicate with our owners, tenants, and colleagues nationally.
