Role et responsabilites
Vous serez responsable de planifier, executer et optimiser la presence en ligne d'Escaparium -- des calendriers de contenu aux campagnes publicitaires. Vous travaillerez avec notre equipe creative pour transformer des idees en publications, videos et publicites performantes qui attirent et convertissent.
Responsabilites principales
Creer et gerer les
calendriers de contenu mensuels
(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Planifier et optimiser les
campagnes Google Ads
(Search, Display, YouTube).
Analyser les performances (CTR, conversions, ROI) et ajuster les strategies au besoin.
Collaborer avec les equipes creatives et techniques pour les visuels, videos et idees de campagnes.
Maintenir une voix de marque coherente et une bonne interaction avec la communaute.
Proposer des promotions, evenements et campagnes creatives pour augmenter la notoriete et les reservations.
Optionnel : Gerer les campagnes Meta Ads, les infolettres et les initiatives SEO.
Exigences
Minimum 2 ans d'experience en marketing numerique ou gestion des medias sociaux.
Experience pratique avec
Google Ads
et Google Analytics (Meta Ads est un atout majeur).
Excellente communication ecrite et orale (francais et anglais).
Esprit creatif et sens du visuel.
Approche axee sur les resultats et l'analyse de donnees.

Your Role
You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Escaparium's online presence -- from social media content calendars to Google Ads campaigns. You'll work directly with the creative team to turn ideas into high-performing posts, videos, and ads that engage and convert.
Responsibilities
Create and manage monthly
social media content calendars
(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Plan and optimize
Google Ads
campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversions, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with our creative and production teams for visuals, videos, and campaign ideas.
Maintain consistent brand voice and engagement across all platforms.
Suggest promotions, events, and creative campaigns to drive awareness and bookings.
Optional: Manage Meta Ads, email campaigns, and SEO initiatives.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads
and Google Analytics (Meta Ads a strong plus).
Excellent writing and communication skills (English and French).
Creative mindset and strong sense of visual storytelling.
Data-driven approach with a passion for results and experimentation.
