qui combine
talent en ventes
et competences en
gestion des operations
. Si vous avez une experience en gestion dans le
commerce de detail, l'hotellerie ou les services de telecommunication
, et que vous etes pret(e) a relever un defi plus grand, ce role est pour vous.
Vos responsabilites
Stimuler la croissance
: louer des unites, transformer les demandes en ventes et atteindre les objectifs d'occupation.
Creer une experience client exceptionnelle
: repondre aux questions, conclure des contrats, gerer les plaintes avec professionnalisme.
Assurer le bon fonctionnement du site
: ouverture, fermeture, proprete, securite et entretien quotidien.
Gerer les operations financieres
: contrats, encaissements, suivis des paiements, tenue de registres.
Superviser les fournitures et inventaires
: anticiper les besoins et assurer la disponibilite.
Intervenir efficacement en cas d'urgence
et garantir la securite du site.
Partager vos idees
: analyser les rapports d'exploitation et proposer des ameliorations.
Profil recherche
Diplome d'etudes secondaires (minimum).
1 a 2 ans d'experience en
gestion d'equipe
dans le commerce de detail, les telecommunications ou l'hotellerie.
Experience demontree en ventes et en atteinte de cibles.
Excellentes competences en service a la clientele et communication.
Solides aptitudes organisationnelles et multitaches, avec sens du detail.
A l'aise avec Microsoft Office (logiciels de gestion immobiliere = atout).
Autonomie, proactivite et capacite a prendre des decisions rapides.
Capacite a soulever jusqu'a 18 kg et a effectuer certaines taches physiques.
Permis de conduire valide (un atout).
Bilinguisme (francais/anglais).

We're looking for a
Weekend Facility Manager
who combines
sales talent
with
operational management skills
. If you have management experience in the
retail sales sector, hospitality, or telecommunications services
, and you're ready to step up into a bigger challenge, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive growth
: rent units, convert leads into sales, and hit occupancy targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service
: answer questions, process rentals, and handle issues with professionalism.
Keep the facility running smoothly
: open/close, maintain cleanliness, safety, and daily operations.
Manage finances
: contracts, payments, overdue follow-ups, and accurate record-keeping.
Oversee supplies and inventory
: anticipate needs and ensure availability.
Respond effectively in emergencies
to ensure site safety.
Share insights and ideas
: review operational reports and propose improvements.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma (minimum).
1-2 years of
team management experience
in retail sales, telecommunications, or hospitality.
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (property management software is a plus).
Independent, proactive, and able to make quick decisions.
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform some physical tasks.
Valid driver's license (an asset).
Bilingual (French/English).
