Ce role consiste a ameliorer l'integration des editeurs, a creer des experiences positives et formatrices, tout en naviguant dans la complexite fascinante du monde de la publication OOH.

Vos principales responsabilites
Gerer et comprendre les attentes et motivations des clients utilisant Perion afin d'assurer leur satisfaction.
Superviser l'integration des nouveaux clients cote offre, conformement aux priorites internes, tout en etablissant des relations solides.
Identifier et resoudre les obstacles internes et externes lies a l'integration pour garantir une mise en oeuvre fluide.
Faciliter la communication entre les clients et les equipes d'integration et de plateforme de Hivestack.
Former les clients a l'utilisation efficace de la plateforme Perion.
Identifier les lacunes dans la base de connaissances client.
Transmettre les retours clients a l'equipe produit pour contribuer a l'identification de nouvelles fonctionnalites.
Definir et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) clients, et les partager avec les parties prenantes internes.
Soutenir l'equipe de support client pour garantir le respect des delais de livraison.
Tenir a jour les informations clients dans le CRM et documenter les besoins et interactions.
Prendre des initiatives pour identifier de nouvelles opportunites de croissance.
Developper et maintenir des outils de reporting personnalises avances, en utilisant des techniques de visualisation et d'automatisation de donnees.
Deboguer et optimiser des scripts complexes dans plusieurs langages (JavaScript, Python, etc.) pour le depannage et l'automatisation.
Gerer, configurer et depanner les balises VAST pour une diffusion video precise et un suivi des performances.
Exploiter des competences SQL avancees pour l'extraction, la transformation et le reporting de donnees, avec des requetes optimisees.
Concevoir, implementer et maintenir des integrations API RESTful pour automatiser et synchroniser les donnees clients.
Profil recherche
Experience pertinente en gestion de comptes techniques ou experience equivalente.
Maitrise des CRM (idealement Salesforce) et gestion a jour des informations clients.
Solides competences analytiques et en resolution de problemes.
Maitrise du developpement, de la maintenance et de l'automatisation d'outils de reporting avances.
Experience averee en debogage et optimisation de scripts dans plusieurs langages de programmation.
Expertise dans la configuration et le depannage des balises VAST en environnement publicitaire video.
Competences SQL avancees : optimisation des requetes, transformation et analyse de donnees.
Experience pratique en developpement API RESTful pour l'automatisation et l'integration.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
Capacite a vulgariser des informations techniques aupres d'audiences non techniques.
Experience dans la gestion de multiples parties prenantes et projets.
Esprit d'equipe, sens de l'organisation et capacite a gerer les priorites.
Maitrise de l'anglais (oral et ecrit).

About this opportunity
This role will be tasked with improving publisher onboarding, creating positive and educational experiences as well as work through the complex and intriguing kinks of OOH publishing. This will also be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys streamlining processes and who has a knack for putting structure into action.
How You'll Make an Impact

  • Manage and understand client expectations and motivations for using Hivestack to lead them to satisfaction.
  • Oversee onboarding of Hivestack's new supply-side clients in accordance with internal prioritization while building strong customer relationships; keep internal and external stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Identify and respond to internal and external onboarding roadblocks to ensure smooth implementation and launch; facilitate resolution.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and Hivestack's Integration Specialists and Platform Specialists.
  • Train clients to effectively use the Hivestack platform.
  • Identify gaps in Hivestack's client-facing knowledge base.
  • Communicate client feedback to Product Management to help identify potential new features and products. Establish and monitor client KPIs; share with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide backup for Hivestack client support queue by making sure we respect our deliverables on time.
  • Keep client information in CRM up to date, document client requirements and interactions.
  • Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated custom reporting tools to meet complex client needs, utilizing advanced data visualization and automation techniques.
  • Debug and optimize complex scripts using multiple programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.) for troubleshooting and automation.
  • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot VAST tags for precise video ad delivery and performance tracking.
  • Leverage advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting; create optimized queries to ensure efficient data processing.
  • Design, implement, and maintain API integrations for seamless client automation and data synchronization, leveraging RESTful APIs.
What do you need to perform in this job
  • Relevant Technical Account Management experience or any equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with CRMs (preferably Salesforce) and maintaining up-to-date client information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in developing, maintaining, and automating advanced custom reporting tools.
  • Advanced experience debugging and optimizing scripts in multiple programming languages.
  • Expertise with VAST tags, their configuration, and troubleshooting in video advertising environments.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, data transformation, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with API development, including RESTful APIs for automation and integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Team player with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
