Company's Coming and Lone Pine Publishing are looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Interested in a behind-the-scene picture of the publishing world?
The successful candidate for this role will have an excellent telephone persona, have a proven proficiency with spreadsheets as well as be a quick learner. Along with a can-do attitude, organization, typing, critical thinking and ability to work in a time-pressure environment are essential.
It is expected that the successful candidate will quickly acquire a strong command of the company's customer service policies and product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance as well as suggest alternative or additional products to customers.
We need an enthusiastic individual to work with our Sales Manager to execute book launch plans who can:
listen to customer service issues and offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem
assist in inventory control and allocations to retailers and sales representatives
work with a CRM (customer relationship management) software to coordinate customer contact and staff administration
transfer orders to our remote data office including: Excel spreadsheets, incoming faxes and emails
enter orders accurately as this is a critical function of the position.
