PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S \xc3\x89tablir et maintenir une relation positive avec les clients. Participer \xc3\xa0 des rencontres avec les clients. Coordonner, superviser et/ou g\xc3\xa9rer les t\xc3\xa2ches de r\xc3\xa9paration ou d\xe2\x80\x99entretien effectu\xc3\xa9es par les techniciens, les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs pour l\xe2\x80\x99entretien de l\xe2\x80\x99immeuble, l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9nagement paysager et les travaux m\xc3\xa9nagers. R\xc3\xa9viser les bons de travail afin de s\xe2\x80\x99assurer que les t\xc3\xa2ches sont termin\xc3\xa9es. Responsable de l\xe2\x80\x99inspection des installations et l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tablissement de rapports. Coordonner et g\xc3\xa9rer les activit\xc3\xa9s de d\xc3\xa9m\xc3\xa9nagement, d\xe2\x80\x99ajouts et de modifications. Obtenir et v\xc3\xa9rifier les devis pour l\xe2\x80\x99approvisionnement de pi\xc3\xa8ces d\xc3\xa9tach\xc3\xa9es, de services et de main-d\xe2\x80\x99\xc5\x93uvre pour les projets. G\xc3\xa9rer les projets d\xe2\x80\x99immobilisations. Pr\xc3\xa9parer les projets d\xe2\x80\x99immobilisations ainsi que les budgets d\xe2\x80\x99exploitation et les rapports d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9cart. G\xc3\xa9rer les relations avec les fournisseurs et former ces derniers quant aux proc\xc3\xa9dures de facturation et de bons de travail. Responsable du processus de facturation et de l\xe2\x80\x99exactitude de l\xe2\x80\x99entr\xc3\xa9e de code li\xc3\xa9 aux services non producteurs. Utiliser un ordinateur ou un assistant num\xc3\xa9rique personnel pour le syst\xc3\xa8me de bons de travail, les courriels, le Libre-service employ\xc3\xa9 et les formations. Offrir des formations sur le processus et les proc\xc3\xa9dures. Effectuer des analyses financi\xc3\xa8res et d\xe2\x80\x99affaires, incluant la pr\xc3\xa9paration de rapports. Coordonner, superviser et/ou g\xc3\xa9rer les t\xc3\xa2ches de r\xc3\xa9paration ou d\xe2\x80\x99entretien effectu\xc3\xa9es par les techniciens, les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs pour l\xe2\x80\x99entretien de l\xe2\x80\x99immeuble, l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9nagement paysager et les travaux m\xc3\xa9nagers. RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S DE SUPERVISION Superviser formellement les employ\xc3\xa9s individuels ayant un seul secteur fonctionnel ou d\xe2\x80\x99op\xc3\xa9rations. Fournir ses recommandations quant au recrutement, \xc3\xa0 la s\xc3\xa9lection, la promotion, l\xe2\x80\x99avancement, les mesures correctives et le renvoi du personnel. Planifier et maintenir un niveau appropri\xc3\xa9 de dotation en personnel et l\xe2\x80\x99utilisation de la main-d\xe2\x80\x99\xc5\x93uvre, incluant les heures suppl\xc3\xa9mentaires. Pr\xc3\xa9parer et produire des \xc3\xa9valuations de rendement pour le personnel. Former et offrir le mentorat aux membres de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe afin de perfectionner leurs comp\xc3\xa9tences. JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus or portfolio of buildings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Attends client meetings. Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed. Responsible for facilities inspections and reports. Coordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities. Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects. Manages capital projects. Prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports. Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost center coding. Uses pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. Provides process and procedure training. Conducts financial/business analysis including preparation of reports. Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company\'s values.







FORMATION ET EXP\xc3\x89RIENCE
Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires ou dipl\xc3\xb4me de formation g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale requis. 4 ans minimum d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience et/ou de formation li\xc3\xa9e avec l\xe2\x80\x99emploi. Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tudes professionnelles, coll\xc3\xa9giales ou universitaires sp\xc3\xa9cialis\xc3\xa9 dans le secteur des affaires, technique ou de la gestion, un atout. Exp\xc3\xa9rience en supervision pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rable.
CERTIFICATS ET/OU PERMIS
Certification en gestion des installations, souhait\xc3\xa9e. Le permis de conduire peut \xc3\xaatre requis.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training. Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Facility Management certification preferred. Driver\'s license may be required.
