Vous jouerez un r\xc3\xb4le crucial en tant que repr\xc3\xa9sentant sur place de JLL dans la gestion et la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 globales des installations, y compris la gestion des fournisseurs, la supervision des bons de travail et l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tablissement de solides relations avec le client.CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

  • Identifier les possibilit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration de l\xe2\x80\x99exploitation pour accro\xc3\xaetre l\xe2\x80\x99efficience (processus et co\xc3\xbbts) et faire des recommandations au directeur r\xc3\xa9gional pour revue.
  • \xc3\x8atre responsable de la surveillance d\xe2\x80\x99un environnement (HVAC ou probl\xc3\xa8mes m\xc3\xa9caniques) dans l\xe2\x80\x99espace du client, et faire rapport \xc3\xa0 la gestion des comptes s\xe2\x80\x99il y a des pr\xc3\xa9occupations ou des probl\xc3\xa8mes.
  • Veiller au respect de toutes les politiques et proc\xc3\xa9dures en mati\xc3\xa8re de sant\xc3\xa9 et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, d\xe2\x80\x99environnement et de gestion des risques qui se rapportent au site ou aux sites.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer les r\xc3\xa9parations et l\xe2\x80\x99entretien, les travaux mineurs et les autres demandes, en assurant le suivi jusqu\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99ach\xc3\xa8vement. Utiliser Corrigo et d\xe2\x80\x99autres plateformes de JLL.
  • Soutenir l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de d\xc3\xa9m\xc3\xa9nagement lors des d\xc3\xa9m\xc3\xa9nagements, des ajouts et des changements en se rendant sur place au besoin et en agissant comme point de contact / d\xe2\x80\x99escalade du site.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer le rendement des fournisseurs en s\xe2\x80\x99assurant que les services sont fournis conform\xc3\xa9ment au contrat et aux normes convenues. Consigner et signaler les cas de mauvais rendement.
  • Coordonner \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99interne avec d\xe2\x80\x99autres \xc3\xa9quipes, qui peuvent comprendre la planification des locaux, les TI et la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.
  • Au besoin, aider \xc3\xa0 coordonner les petits projets li\xc3\xa9s aux installations.

  • Pr\xc3\xa9parer les rapports sur les d\xc3\xa9penses budg\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9es pour l\xe2\x80\x99exercice consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9 (r\xc3\xa9el par rapport au budget, \xc3\xa9cart, etc.).
  • Aider \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer les paiements aux fournisseurs, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant, en utilisant les syst\xc3\xa8mes disponibles comme Corrigo, en se conformant \xc3\xa0 toutes les politiques et proc\xc3\xa9dures pertinentes.

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
  • Un dipl\xc3\xb4me en gestion des installations, des biens ou des op\xc3\xa9rations est pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rable.
  • Au moins 5 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le domaine des installations, de la gestion immobili\xc3\xa8re ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Proactively develop and manage client relationships, ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.
  • Comply with all requirements of the client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.
  • Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the client, as reflected by client feedback.
  • Manage the site in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures and contract scope.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of the annual management plan for the building.
  • Identify opportunities for improved operation to drive efficiencies (process and cost) and make recommendations to the area manager for consideration.
  • Responsible for monitoring an environment (any HVAC or mechanical issues) within Client\xe2\x80\x99s space, and report to Account Management if there are any concerns or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety, environment and risk management policies and procedures that relate to the site/s.
  • Manage repairs and maintenance, minor works, and other requests, tracking to completion. Utilize Corrigo and other JLL platforms.
  • Support the move team during building moves, adds, and changes by attending site as required and acting as the building key point of contact/escalation.
  • Manage vendor performance ensuring services are delivered in accordance with the contract and to agreed standards. Document and escalate instances of poor performance.
  • Coordinate internally with other teams which may include Occupancy Planning, IT, and Security.
  • If needed \xe2\x80\x93 assist in coordinating small facilities-related projects.
  • Ensure that operational expenditure for the site is managed within agreed budgets and identify efficiencies where possible.
  • Asist in managing the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes for the site.
  • Prepare current financial year budget spend reports (actual vs. budget, variance etc.).
  • Assist in managing payments to vendors where applicable, using available systems such as Corrigo, complying with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success.
  • Participate in the individual performance management program and personal development planning for members of the team.
  • Align with facilities leadership team and act in a facilities coordinator at the site.

WHAT WE\xe2\x80\x99RE LOOKING FOR
  • Associate degree or Diploma in Facility, Property or Operations Management is desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in facilities, property management or related field.
  • At least five years in a facilities management- related field, including client service, or related services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps.
  • Bilingual French/English
  • Analytical, organizational and presentation skills.
