Le Gestionnaire des finances est un leader cle responsable de la planification financiere, de la production de rapports et de la performance operationnelle. Ce role fournit a la fois un leadership financier et des analyses operationnelles, soutenant la prise de decisions strategiques, notamment en matiere de fusions et acquisitions a travers nos agences, et favorisant l'amelioration continue et l'optimisation. Responsabilites principales :Strategie et planification financieres
Diriger tous les aspects de la gestion financiere, y compris la planification, l'etablissement de budgets, les previsions financieres, la production de rapports, et la conformite aux normes reglementaires et de l'industrie.
Collaborer avec les leaders regionaux pour soutenir la planification strategique et la prise de decision a travers l'organisation.
Analyser les donnees financieres afin de fournir des informations proactives, des recommandations strategiques et des analyses prospectives a la haute direction pour stimuler la croissance de l'entreprise, ameliorer la performance des courtiers traditionnels et numeriques, et promouvoir l'excellence operationnelle.
Rapports financiers et supervision
Superviser la preparation des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
Collaborer avec le Controleur des operations courtieres pour assurer la livraison rapide de rapports financiers coherents, d'analyses des ecarts et de developpement budgetaire. Agir en tant que lien de communication avec la haute direction, en traduisant les informations financieres en un langage executif qui met en lumiere les tendances, les risques et les opportunites appuyant la prise de decisions strategiques.
Formuler des recommandations pour l'optimisation des revenus et la reduction des couts, en assurant une approche financiere proactive et strategique.
Veiller au respect des normes IFRS et des normes comptables locales.
Leadership et developpement de l'equipe
Diriger et developper une equipe performante de professionnels de la finance, en favorisant l'apprentissage continu et le developpement professionnel.
Definir des objectifs clairs, offrir du coaching et des commentaires, et conduire les evaluations de performance.
Promouvoir la collaboration, l'engagement et l'imputabilite au sein d'equipes geographiquement distribuees.
Qualifications :
Titre CPA requis.
Minimum de 5 annees d'experience progressive en finance ou comptabilite, dont au moins 3 annees dans un poste de comptable principal ou de partenaire d'affaires financier.
Expertise demontree en operations financieres, conformite, budgetisation et previsions.
Experience averee en automatisation des processus, transformation numerique et utilisation de technologies financieres.
Solides competences analytiques, en communication et en gestion de projets.
Experience de travail dans un environnement multi-entite, national ou de services partages (un atout).
Bilinguisme (francais et anglais) requis.

As a key people leader, you will guide a team of finance professionals, collaborate cross-functionally, and champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning
? Lead all aspects of financial management, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
? Partner with regional leaders to support strategic planning and decision-making across the organization.
? Analyze financial data to deliver proactive insights, strategic recommendations, and forward-looking analysis to senior management driving business growth, enhancing both traditional and digital brokerage performance, and promoting operational excellence.
Financial Reporting and Oversight
? Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
? Collaborate with the Corporate Brokerage Controller to ensure timely delivery of consistent financial reporting and variance analysis and budget development. Serve as the communication bridge to senior leadership, translating financial insights into an executive-level narrative that highlights key trends, risk and opportunities that support strategic decision-making.
? Provide recommendations for revenue optimization and cost savings, ensuring a proactive and strategic financial posture.
? Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
People Leadership and Team Development
? Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
? Set clear goals, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
? Promote collaboration, engagement, and accountability across geographically distributed teams.
Qualifications:
? CPA designation required.
? Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accountant or financial business partner capacity.
? Demonstrated expertise in financial operations, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting.
? Proven experience in process automation, digital transformation, and leveraging financial technologies.
? Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
? Experience working in multi-entity, national, or shared services environments is preferred.
? Bilingualism (English and French) is required
