Based at Place Longueuil and reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the Commercial Property Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all property management activities to ensure both the financial and physical integrity of the assets, while maintaining a strong and positive relationship with tenants.
Manage accounts payable, tenant billing, operating expenses related to the property, vendor invoicing, and recurring payments.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the properties.
Manage critical equipment and infrastructure.
Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment.
Ensure the smooth operation of the properties.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Prepare and administer operating budgets, monthly analysis reports, and service contracts.
Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of systems, equipment, and buildings.
Build and maintain strong tenant/manager relationships to ensure smooth operations.
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, responding to all requests.
Manage incidents, ensure compliance with company and industry protocols and standards, oversee safety measures, and supervise building operations technicians.
Provide consulting services on projects, investment planning, and budget development related to property operations.
Ensure that systems are maintained or upgraded according to industry best practices and manufacturer recommendations in order to prevent or quickly resolve breakdowns, minimizing interruptions and service disruptions.
Perform any other related duties as required.
