Ce qu\'implique ce poste :
Gestion de projets
S\xe2\x80\x99assurer que les projets sont achev\xc3\xa9s en respectant l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tendue, le calendrier et le budget pr\xc3\xa9vus, et en r\xc3\xa9pondant aux attentes des clients.
Gestion de plusieurs projets \xc3\xa0 diverses \xc3\xa9tapes de leur d\xc3\xa9veloppement.
N\xc3\xa9gocier et tenir toutes les parties responsables de leurs contrats;
G\xc3\xa9rer et coordonner les activit\xc3\xa9s des \xc3\xa9quipes de grands projets, y compris les propri\xc3\xa9taires, les consultants en conception r\xc3\xa9gionaux et locaux, les entrepreneurs, les fournisseurs, les Autorit\xc3\xa9s comp\xc3\xa9tentes, fournisseurs de services de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, les fournisseurs de services audiovisuels et de TI, les exploitants et les autres parties prenantes.
Coordination entre l\xe2\x80\x99immeuble de base et la port\xc3\xa9e des am\xc3\xa9liorations locatives et n\xc3\xa9gociation avec les propri\xc3\xa9taires.
\xc3\x89laboration, mise en \xc5\x93uvre et maintien de processus de gestion de projets particuliers.
Communiquer de fa\xc3\xa7on proactive avec votre client; maintenir l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tat d\xe2\x80\x99avancement du projet et faire le suivi des rapports.
Gestion d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9e des finances et des horaires et la pr\xc3\xa9sentation de l\xe2\x80\x99information.
Utilisation d\xe2\x80\x99une plateforme / technologie de gestion de projets personnalis\xc3\xa9e.
Diriger les r\xc3\xa9unions de projet : veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que les proc\xc3\xa8s-verbaux soient rapidement distribu\xc3\xa9s et d\xc3\xbbment d\xc3\xa9pos\xc3\xa9s.
Pr\xc3\xa9voir et documenter de fa\xc3\xa7on proactive les risques li\xc3\xa9s aux projets et les plans d\xe2\x80\x99att\xc3\xa9nuation des risques;
Faire activement le d\xc3\xa9pannage, la r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes et le suivi des indicateurs de performance des projets.
G\xc3\xa9rer la performance financi\xc3\xa8re de JLL par projet.

Project Manager, Operations

JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of On-site Project Manager, Operations to provide reliable, timely, and professional support to the Montreal Eaton Centre, Place Montreal Trust and Le 1500 team, leading day to day project management activities for major capital projects in the public and private sectors.

This is an important \xe2\x80\x9cclient-facing\xe2\x80\x9d role that requires heightened situational awareness, diplomacy, sensitivity, and a solid business acumen. Our successful candidate will be a confident communicator, with the gravitas to liaise with a range of professionals and business partners. The Project Manager will be interacting directly with clients fully accountable for JLL\xe2\x80\x99s performance in the delivery of project. This position will require the ability to exhibit independent judgment to proactively plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse team and workload in a fast-paced environment. What this job involves:
Project Management
Ensuring projects are completed within scope, schedule, budget, and meeting client expectations.
Managing multiple projects in various phases of development.
Negotiating and holding all parties accountable to their contracts.
Managing and coordinating the activities of large project teams including owners, regional and local design consultants, contractors, suppliers.
Coordinating between base building and tenant improvement scope and negotiating with landlords.
Developing, implementing and maintaining specified project management processes.
Proactively communicating with your client; maintaining project status and tracking reports.
Detailed financial and schedule management and reporting.
Utilizing a custom project management platform/technology.
Leading project meetings: ensuring minutes are quickly distributed and properly filed.
Proactively foreseeing and documenting project risks and risk mitigation plans.
Actively troubleshooting, problem solving and tracking project performance indicators.
Managing JLL\xe2\x80\x99s financial performance per project.

Relationships
Cultivating new and existing business relationships.

8+ years of local experience pursuing and delivering capital \xe2\x80\x9cbuildings\xe2\x80\x9d projects, including new construction, renovations, fit-outs, and/or upgrades.
Possess \xe2\x80\x9cOwner Representative\xe2\x80\x9d project management
Led major capital projects of $2M+ from inception to completion without supervision.
Demonstrated client relationship management skills
Strong analytical skills and solution development
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to drive consistency in a team or on a project
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Microsoft Project
Scheduling, estimating, cost control experience
Ability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Bilingual French and English required
