Who are you?

You are an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.



En tant que Gestionnaire de Projet, vous serez amen\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 :

• G\xc3\xa9rer les t\xc3\xa2ches individuelles tout au long du processus de conception et de construction, y compris le processus de soumission et de RFI.
• Transcrire les proc\xc3\xa8s-verbaux des r\xc3\xa9unions et les points d\'action et mener chaque point \xc3\xa0 terme.
• Assurer la conformit\xc3\xa9 du projet avec les contr\xc3\xb4les de documents et les sp\xc3\xa9cifications des fichiers du client.
• Administrer les sp\xc3\xa9cifications de cl\xc3\xb4ture du projet et les documents de rotation associ\xc3\xa9s.
• Une collaboration et une coordination r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8res sont n\xc3\xa9cessaires avec les ressources internes et les entrepreneurs de conception-construction.
• Gestion de l\'approbation des soumissions
• Traitement des RFI
• Gestion des ordres de modification
• Coordination des r\xc3\xa9unions
• Gestion de la liste de contr\xc3\xb4le
• Gestion des rapports d\'observation du projet
• Participation \xc3\xa0 la mise en service
• Transmission de la documentation de cl\xc3\xb4ture aux op\xc3\xa9rations

Gestion des relations avec les clients

• Travailler en partenariat avec les clients afin de construire une relation gagnant-gagnant et pouvoir articuler les avantages obtenus.
• Trouver un \xc3\xa9quilibre entre les besoins des diff\xc3\xa9rents clients
• \xc3\x89tablir des relations qui vont au-del\xc3\xa0 des activit\xc3\xa9s de livraison
• Comprendre et partager la strat\xc3\xa9gie et les objectifs du client
• Contribuer au d\xc3\xa9veloppement et \xc3\xa0 la conclusion de nouvelles opportunit\xc3\xa9s commerciales.

As a Project Manager, you will be involved in:

• Manage individual tasks throughout the design and construction process including submittal and RFI process.
• Transcribe meeting minutes and action items and drive each item to closure.
• Ensure project compliance with clients document controls and file specifications.
• Administer project closeout specifications and associated turnover documentation.
• Regular collaboration and coordination is required with internal resources and design build contractors.
• Submittal approval management
• RFI processing
• Change order management
• Meeting coordination
• Punch-list management
• Administration of project observation reports
• Participation in commissioning
• Transition of close-out documentation to operations

Client Relationship Management

• Work in partnership with clients to build a win-win relationship and be able to articulate the benefits achieved
• Balance the needs of different clients
• Build relationships that extend beyond delivery activities
• Understand and shares the clients strategy and goals
• Contribute to development and closure of new business opportunities

Team Work:

• Participate in the activities of project team
• Ability to effectively collaborate with others
• Deliver an exciting team vision, which inspires others to perform beyond their initial aspirations

Qualifications

• Un minimum de 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en tant que Gestionnaire de Projet dans l\'assistance de projets de construction de complexit\xc3\xa9 croissante est requis.
• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en ing\xc3\xa9nierie, en architecture ou dans un domaine similaire.
• Une exp\xc3\xa9rience en construction immobili\xc3\xa8re est pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rable, id\xc3\xa9alement sur le march\xc3\xa9 de Montr\xc3\xa9al.
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise de MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint et Project ou P6.
• Bonne connaissance des chiffres, de la technologie et des plateformes de donn\xc3\xa9es en ligne.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in assisting construction projects of increasing complexity required.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field
• Real property construction experience is preferred, ideally in the Montreal market
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Project or P6.
• Good with numbers, technology, and web-based data platforms
