Gestionnaire de Programme - A220 Plan Strategique Structures
pour rejoindre notre equipe Efficacite de la Flotte dans la departement Services Clients basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous contribuez a la definition et a l'execution du plan strategique de la structures de l'A220, afin de repondre aux problemes de satisfaction des clients lies a la maturite du produit.
L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre role en tant que Gestionnaire de Programme sera de developper et soutenir notre plan strategique pour ameliorer la maturite structurelle de l'A220. Ce plan strategique est bati sur quatre piliers interdependants qui ont pour objectif d'ameliorer l'utilisation de l'Avion et de le rendre plus profitable a nos clients.

Vos defis:
Assurer l'alignement au sein des fonctions Services Clients, Programme, Ingenierie et Ingenierie en Chef sur les priorites du plan strategique pour adresser les problemes en service;
Communiquer en interne et en externe sur l'avancement de ces initiatives;
Promouvoir une execution de qualite, atteignant ou surpassant nos besoins et nos ambitions;
Consolider la structure du projet (Structure de repartition organisationnelle et structure de repartition du travail) et soutenir la gouvernance pour mener le plan strategique selon les quatre piliers cles identifies:

Prevention de la corrosion
sur les enjeux connus et anticiper les besoins futurs

A
melioration de la reparabilite
, couvrant a la fois l'expansion des limites de dommages admissibles et le developpement de reparations generiques.
+ Escalation des
intervalles de maintenance
et eradication des inspections repetitives.
+ Ameliorer l'
interchangeabilite
et developpement de solution pour les pieces hors-production. Utiliser vos connaissances structurelles et les retours des operateurs en service pour presenter et diriger de nouvelles initiatives pouvant s'inserer dans le plan strategique afin d'ameliorer la maturite de l'A220.
Votre profil:
Vous etes titulaire d'un diplome en ingenierie aerospatiale ou equivalent;
Vous possedez de solides competences en gestion de projet;
Vous avez un minimum de dix (10) ans d'experience en ingenierie et/ou en exploitation d'aeronefs;
Vous avez de l'experience dans la gestion de projets multidisciplinaires importants;
Vous avez plus de trois (3) ans d'experience en ingenierie structurale;
Vous etes oriente client et agissez en tout temps avec integrite et sans compromis;
Vous avez un sens aigu des affaires et des finances, combine a une vision strategique;
Vous possedez d'excellentes competences interpersonnelles et de communication et traitez les gens avec respect;
Un atout serait d'avoir de l'experience dans l'interaction avec les clients des compagnies aeriennes et la gestion des relations; et/ou d'avoir de l'experience chez Airbus et/ou sur l'A220 et/ou dans les Services Clients Aeronautiques.
Ce poste peut impliquer des deplacements professionnels (dans le monde entier).
Deplacements requis : <10% de deplacements nationaux et internationaux.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a
Program Manager - A220 Airframe Roadmap
to join our Fleet Efficiency team in the Customer Services department based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will contribute to the definition and execution of the A220 Airframe roadmap, in order to address customer satisfaction issues related to the maturity of the product.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as Program Manager will be to develop & support our Airframe roadmap in order to deep dive, anticipate & address the main airframe in-service issues. This strategic plan is built on four interdependent pillars, each designed to increase aircraft utilization and make your A220 more profitable.

Your challenges:
Ensure alignment within Customer Services, Program, Engineering and Chief Engineering functions on airframe priorities to address in-service issues;
Communicate internally and externally on the progress of these initiatives;
Promote execution to the highest levels in order to meet or exceed our needs and ambitions;
Firm up the project structure (Organizational Breakdown Structure & Work breakdown Structure) and support the governance to drive the project along the four key identified pillars, namely:

Corrosion prevention;

Repairability
improvement, covering both the expansion of the allowable damage limits and the development of generic repairs;

Maintenance escalation
addressing cracking issues as well as repetitive inspections issues;

Interchangeability
improvements and development of solutions for out of production parts. Use your structural expertise and feedback from operators to present and lead new initiatives that will be added to our strategique plan aiming at improving the maturity of the A220.
Your profile
You hold an Aerospace Engineering degree or equivalent;
You have strong project management skills;
You have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in engineering and/or aircraft operation;
You have experience in managing important multi-disciplinary projects;
You have more than three (3) years of Structural engineering experience;
You are customer focused and behave with integrity at all time with no compromise;
You have strong business and financial acumen combined with a strategic view;
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and treat people with respect;
As a plus, you have experience in interacting with Airline customers and managing relationships; and/or you have Airbus and/or A220 and/or Aerospace Customer Services experience.
This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide).
Travel Required: <10% Domestic and International.
