Le titulaire de ce poste a pour mandat de faire augmenter les revenus par des techniques de vente internes efficaces visant tous les clients existants de vehicules commerciaux de Societe Trader. Il doit conserver et accroitre la clientele actuelle en optimisant les relations avec les personnes-ressources chez les clients. Il est aussi le premier contact commercial pour les clients d'un secteur donne et est charge de fournir un excellent service a la clientele de facon continue en plus de s'assurer que les attentes des clients en matiere de satisfaction sont depassees. Le titulaire est responsable des revenus de ventes des groupes de concessionnaires et des concessionnaires independants, par l'entremise de flux media en ligne et dans des secteurs specialises, avec l'accent sur les produits Carrefour Automobile.

Principales responsabilites

Vente/service a la clientele :

Atteindre de facon continue des cibles de ventes hebdomadaires, mensuelles et trimestrielles par la gestion des appels sortants. Developper les comptes clients en recueillant et en etudiant l'information de maniere proactive pour determiner les occasions de vente de haut niveau. Mettre l'accent sur la satisfaction de la clientele, la production de revenus chez les clients existants et les objectifs a long terme touchant les comptes, conformement a la vision de Societe Trader. Bien se documenter avant de parler a un client, mener des evaluations des besoins efficaces et concevoir des propositions qui tiennent compte des besoins particuliers du client tout en maximisant les possibilites d'affaires. Discuter des besoins en publicite avec le client, comprendre et promouvoir les produits et services de Societe Trader qui permettront au client d'atteindre ses objectifs commerciaux. Comprendre les besoins des clients de maniere a pouvoir creer un besoin et vendre en s'inspirant de la valeur plutot que de vendre simplement en s'inspirant des produits; demontrer une preoccupation pour le client afin de lui rappeler la valeur de Societe Trader. Se charger de toutes les communications clients, de la resolution des conflits et de la conformite du point de vue des livrables du client et des revenus; veiller a ce que les problemes des clients soient resolus de maniere efficace tout en maintenant d'excellentes relations avec eux; repondre rapidement a leurs besoins. Se tenir parfaitement au courant des gammes de produits nouveaux et existants de Societe Trader.

Gestion des comptes :

Appeler les clients existants de facon proactive pour assurer la production de revenus et la penetration de ce segment de clientele; etablir les priorites de facon efficace et planifier les appels selon celles-ci. Organiser des activites apres-vente pour verifier que les solutions publicitaires repondent toujours aux besoins des clients. Surveiller les produits de la concurrence et les reactions des clients pour appuyer la strategie commerciale de Societe Trader; recommander de nouvelles solutions et de nouveaux services en evaluant les solutions actuelles et en determinant les besoins a combler. Respecter les cibles et les objectifs de vente globaux pour une clientele donnee.

Administration :

Tenir suffisamment de dossiers sur les clients pour assurer une administration adequate des comptes.

Preparer divers rapports d'etat sur des sujets comme les activites, les ventes conclues, le suivi, les indicateurs de rendement cles et le respect des objectifs.Presenter les tarifs et negocier avec les clients.

Veiller a ce que la documentation et les rapports soient complets, exacts et soumis aux autres services dans le respect des echeances qui ont ete fixees.

Etudes, experience et competences techniques requises :

Account Manager
This position is responsible for growing revenues via effective inside selling techniques for all existing Trader Corporation Commercial Customers. The mandate is to maintain and build current client base by ensuring all customer contacts are maximized for best results. In addition, this position will serve as the primary business contact for assigned clients and is responsible for consistently providing excellent customer service to accounts and ensuring that customers' needs are exceeded in terms of customer satisfaction. This position will be responsible for Dealer Groups and Independent Dealers' sales revenue via various media streams online and in specialty segments with a main focus on DSS products.

Key areas of Responsibility

Sales/Customer Service:

Consistently achieves weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets through outbound call management. Develops customer accounts by proactively gathering and reviewing information to identify high-level sales opportunities. Focuses on the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation within existing client base, and long-term account goals in line with Trader's vision. Effectively prepares prior to calling on customer; conducts effective needs assessment and designs proposals to address the customer's specific needs and maximizes business potential. Discusses advertising needs with customer; understands and promotes Trader products and services relevant to each customer in relation to the customer's own business objectives. Understands customer's wants so they can create need and sell on value instead of just product-based selling; demonstrates a continued personal concern for the customer in order to remind the customer of the value of Trader. Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue; ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner while maintaining excellent customer relations; responds to client's needs with a sense of urgency. Maintains strong knowledge of new and existing Trader product offerings.

Account Management:

Proactively calls on existing accounts to ensure penetration of client base and maintenance of existing client revenue; identifies correct priorities and schedules calls accordingly. Initiates post-sales activities to ensure advertising solutions continue to satisfy the customer's needs. Contributes information to Trader's market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients; recommends new solutions and services by evaluating current solutions and identifying needs to be filled. Meets overall sales targets and objectives for specific client base.

Administration:

Maintains sufficient customer records to ensure proper account administration.

Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, KPI's and adherence to goals/targets.Presents and negotiates rates with clients.

Ensures all documentation and reports are complete, accurate and submitted to other departments within assigned timelines.

Education, Experience and Technical skills:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing Minimum 3-5 years competitive sales experience Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager Proven results and consistency in achieving/exceeding sales targets Experience in intangible, media, and internet product sales Advertising or Marketing experience Must have demonstrative consecutive growth as an Account Manager Has proven positive performance trends during their experience as an Account Manager Ability to maximize results by systematically managing an account plan Driven to produce by increasing sales to existing accounts Ability to work the system for the customer by using internal resources to find solutions for clients Ability to educate customers through structured training Promotes customer relations by soliciting feedback and responding to inquiries at any hour; ability to solve problems before they get escalated Capable of developing relevant product knowledge specific to customer needs Ability to tailor image to fit customer expectations by adapting to different situations with sincerity and realism Ability to immediately engage customers with an enthusiastic and persuasive presentation style Intermediate level computer skills in Microsoft Office and computer tools
